So let's start with the bread. It's crunchy yet super soft, absolutely great job as the bread is just tasty. As for the Italian club, it's refreshing! Not heavy at all with the right amount of ingredients. The vinaigrette dressing is a perfect compliment to the meats. We decided to get a quart of jambalaya to take home (it was 9:00 am and a little too early to eat such spice). They have the option of purchasing different sizes and provide reheating instructions. They were very responsive to every single email and showed incredible kindness from the moment we connected with them. I (the granddaughter) was the main contact with them, but they wanted to make sure that my grandma still felt included and involved in the process. Since she isn't comfortable with emailing, they went as far as to mail her a letter, a menu, and a picture of the truck. The food was excellent, their customer service was top-notch, and I would 100% recommend them!

You may pay a few pennies more for some of their products but it is SO worth it. Getting to Maplewood off of Hwy 29 can be a challenge. Just follow the signage. This market is about 5-miles west of Green Bay, but well worth the trip whether you are a first-time local or making a Packer Pilgrimage.
