What should happen next? You ask for a refund because they have made an error. Right? Ugh my blood is on fire.... So I say "Why didn't I get the sale price." She walks over to the aisle, sees the sale price...(I had followed her) She throws her hands in the air and says. "oh well, to late now" Goes back to her register to check out another patron. Once he leaves, I ask "so how do we go about my refund." She says "We can't issue refunds to credit cards, it messes up are count." I say " Are you kidding me?" She (Melissa) responds (agitated and through her teeth) "You can come back later and talk to my manager" Me..."seriously you are asking me to come back and teach you how to operate honest business practices?" She ends with this....(throws her hands in the air) "Well you can't expect us to remember every sale in this place" I didn't say another word.... I took pictures of the sale priced items and contacted the BBB. FYI the BP on College does the same thing. I haven't called them all, ...but I plan to before I lay their truths all over the internet! PS they they do not have a screen that shows you the items you are purchasing and the price. So unless you ask them to read it out loud. . . you don't know until you get the receipt!

The employees in my local store have become friends, asking me about my family and chatting about theirs. I will drive past other gas stations to get to a Kwik Trip. Oh, and the bathrooms are well maintained. Go to Kwik Trip on Thursdays and get the spicy chicken sandwich - it's on special on Thursdays and it is GOOD!

A few minutes later the person cleaning and another staff member started talking about a co-worker. After a couple of minutes they said I am not done yet but I guess you can use the restroom just be careful the floor is wet. I went in but they blocked the door and left it open. Not what I would say a very good experience. Was going to buy some other items, but left and went elsewhere.
