What should happen next? You ask for a refund because they have made an error. Right? Ugh my blood is on fire.... So I say "Why didn't I get the sale price." She walks over to the aisle, sees the sale price...(I had followed her) She throws her hands in the air and says. "oh well, to late now" Goes back to her register to check out another patron. Once he leaves, I ask "so how do we go about my refund." She says "We can't issue refunds to credit cards, it messes up are count." I say " Are you kidding me?" She (Melissa) responds (agitated and through her teeth) "You can come back later and talk to my manager" Me..."seriously you are asking me to come back and teach you how to operate honest business practices?"
