Unfortunately it was getting to be 5:00 pm and she gave us the number to a service station nearby, but they were closed. She asked if there was anything we needed and told us we were more then welcome to sit inside at the snack bar until our ride came to pick us up, as it was very hot out. There was a young gentleman also that asked if we were able to fix our vehicle or if we needed anything, unfortunately I did not get his name. I can't thank these 2 enough for their generosity and helpfulness in our situation! It's great that there are employees that are not only there to "work", but provide excellent customer service. Some are mirror images of one another, which I refer to as left hand stores and right hand stores, depending on which way you turn to approach the cash registers. When you go into the store, you'll get that feeling of Deja vu, which is exactly what the owners want you to feel. This store an older floor plan and it's left handed. Rest rooms are on the far end, take a right at the dairy case. The no-fee ATMs are to your right as you enter the store. (If you're a true Cheesehead you call those TYME machines.) Outside? You'll find Unleaded regular and premium, winterized diesel #2 and diesel exhaust fluid. (If you have to ask, you don't need it.) There is a separate diesel island for large trucks. Typical of Kwik Trip, the store is sparkling clean, the help friendly, and the shelves are well stocked including the hot food bar. If an item is missing, just ask, they'll make it up for you. It's a great place for a pit stop along US 45, just south of the split from US 10. Be aware that unlike most KTs, this is NOT a 24/7 store. Hours are 5:00AM to 11:00PM daily.

Another ongoing issue is the hot food, specifically the tornados, roller bites, and egg rolls, which are consistently overcooked and dried out. I've mentioned this more than once, but nothing has changed. What concerned me the most, however, was an incident when I went in to use the restroom and saw an employee leave after using it and then immediately begin handling hot food without washing their hands. That experience was extremely off-putting and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety.
