That didn't work, so he said he'd call Monday or Tuesday to schedule something. Wednesday afternoon I still hadn't heard from them so I called. Lady answered and when I explained I hadn't gotten a call yet, she said someone did call but I checked caller ID and their number never showed and there was no voicemail. Off phone, she spoke to a man and when she came back on, she said someone would be at my house at 10 am Thursday 1/12/23. 10 am came and went so I called to see if whoever was coming was at least on their way. Peter answered and he said, "no, no appointment was made, we just said someone would call you sometime this am." I used to be three strikes and you're out kind of guy, but with the level of service in the new business arena, I've become two strikes you're out kind of guy. My keys for the door were inside as we usually go in through garage. We had no way to get in and after calling numerous "emergency" locksmiths claiming to be open 24 hours but don't answer.... I called pop a lock. Initially they told me that they didn't have anyone available. But shortly after Rah called me back and said he was on his way. He came and helped us get the door unlocked.
