I haven't been there in a while, so I decided to buy a 4-pack of their Royal Wash service. The first one was great. I decided to bring my other car in the next day. I drove 30+ minutes to get there only to be greeted by a "Car wash Closed" sign. So, I called and Rod answered. He told me the car wash is closed due to bad weather. It's not even sprinkling out. It's barely "misting". I explained that I had just driven 30+ minutes and everywhere online still says they are "open" and nowhere on their site did it say they close whenever it's even misting outside. He didn't care one bit. I would have been frustrated, but would have taken it a little easier if his attitude was better. He didn't apologize, he had a "yep, we're closed, deal with it" attitude. Then he hung up on me. I called back and told him I didn't appreciate getting hung up on, and he continued with his attitude and kept repeating in a monotone/condescending voice, "how can I help you, sir?". I will be contacting the owners to get a refund on these prepaid washes. What good are they if you can't use them? If they don't refund me, I'll have to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Unless they make things right with me, I will not be going back. Rod single-handedly killed a once loyal customer. --- Update: Melissa, one of the owners of Clear Water called me and made everything right. She apologized and was open to other feedback. She also offered to send me a gift card for the troubles. I get home 25 minutes away, open the hatch and the back wasn't even vacuumed, back seat wasn't wiped down. I can be understanding if it was real busy but it wasn't. That means that the people who checked me in and are supposed to do the vacuuming and the people who dry the car and wash the interior windows missed it too. When you pay over $30 for a wash you expect better and I should be able to have confidence it would be done correctly. Almost all the workers were kids maybe there needs to be more supervision. Maybe I'll have to start going to PDQ.

I brought my wife's relatively new Hyundai Palisade to Dan, with a moderate dent on the side panel. I believe I paid out of pocket for that and Dan was very reasonable compared to other shops that I had received quotes from and I was more than satisfied with the end product. Recently, I had the misfortune of damaging the rear body quarter panel on a brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado. Initially my insurance company wanted to just mud it and paint over it and Dan fought on my behalf and told them that it is a brand new truck and that would just flat out look crappy. The insurance company changed their mind and Dan ended up doing the work and I picked the truck up today and it still looks brand new! So here is the last thing I will say to show you all what sets Dan and Gracy's auto body apart from everyone else. In the week that it took for Dan to order the new part for my truck, I scraped against something else causing what looked like significant damage to the other side of the truck. I brought the truck right away to show Dan and he said that he didn't think it was dented and he felt he could buff out all the rest. He did this for me and didn't charge me an extra penny! We…read morewere looking for a used snowmobile for my wife and thought we would buy one from a dealer so we didn't end up with someone else's junk off of marketplace. We bought a machine, hauled it all the way to Hayward and it didn't even make it 20 miles and the engine blew up. Called them up and they said bring it back and we'll rebuild the motor. Thought this is great-someone actually standing behind what they sell. They "rebuilt " the engine asking us to pay for the other piston so we would have a whole new motor so we agreed. Haul the sled back up North made it about 200 miles and the engine locked up again. Brought it back to Ken's and they said yep the crank we put in it was junk and now it wrecked the case and everything is worse than before. This time though they said too bad we're not fixing it we'll give you $1000.00 for it for salvage. Long story short bought a snowmobile for 5400.00 got about 220 miles out of it and was offered $1000.00 for it because they put junk parts in it trying to patch it up and it bit them in the ass. Now we're paying for it. The answer we got from Chris the owner was yeah it sucks guess you should have bought a new one. Think twice before buying from them. I sure wish I would've read the Yelp reviews before buying from them.
