A supervisor came by a few days after the install to check the work and fixed a few areas that he felt "were not to H&S standards." Then, this spring, I noticed a small leak on an area that H&S hadn't even worked on (a rubber-sheeted area over my den. I called H&S out it. Dylan came out within a day, looked it over, applied some caulk, and said, "Let's keep an eye on it." I have NEVER had this sort of dedication from a roofing company! Always left by 3 pm. We were constantly having to go behind them and get them to fix something they screwed up, and they had an excuse for everything. They even tried blaming some of their mistakes on us? We spent nearly $40k on what ended up being a below-average job, full of shortcuts with poor quality craftsmanship. I don't care what they come back with, we haven't exaggerated anything.
