They took it upon themselves to provide me a satellite photo of MY HOUSE along with my personal home address. Yes, I know these things can be obtained publicly via Google Maps, Zillow, etc., but it is an invasion of privacy to use that information in an attempt to gain business. If I needed a home remodel project done, I would like to contact a business and INVITE them to provide me a quote. Send me unsolicited materials with this information using my address and photo of my house is beyond insulting and unprofessional. This so called business even provided a QR code to go to a website where all my information was also uploaded. It may be "legal" but it sure is unethical. Because of this, I will NEVER contact Ridge Top Exteriors for any home project (roofing, windows, siding, etc.).
