First time using this company heard really good things. So when we needed a new roof I called. the…read moreguy was super nice on the phone and the quote was good but when it came down to actually getting the roof put on. The crew didn't show up on time. 3 hours late. Then when they did show up nothing was really done. The 3 guys were just standing around the truck leaving and coming back. They didn't start actually laying anything until 7pm. We're still at my house at 10pm finishing the roof and trying to find nails. Some of the crew members were drinking on the job. They messed up my neighbors yard. I was told they would come back and fix it. It's been 2 weeks and still nothing. no call about that. Also was told the crew would come back and check for nails in the morning never showed up. The project manger had to come. When it came down to final inspection the project manger had to fix a number of things. After the guys were finished with our roof. The crew members hung around in front of my house drinking for another 30 min. And let's not forget about my gutter never getting up on the next day no call no nothing. After all that I later got a call from the project manager asking for a 5 star review.

They took it upon themselves to provide me a satellite photo of MY HOUSE along with my personal home address. Yes, I know these things can be obtained publicly via Google Maps, Zillow, etc., but it is an invasion of privacy to use that information in an attempt to gain business. If I needed a home remodel project done, I would like to contact a business and INVITE them to provide me a quote. Send me unsolicited materials with this information using my address and photo of my house is beyond insulting and unprofessional. This so called business even provided a QR code to go to a website where all my information was also uploaded. It may be "legal" but it sure is unethical. Because of this, I will NEVER contact Ridge Top Exteriors for any home project (roofing, windows, siding, etc.). If this is how they operate to gain business, I am sure the actual work is just as shady. I mean, simply look at every negative review here. Some from the business always responds with snarky attitude because someone dared provide their honest experience. This company has terrible sales practices and customer service. I was so impressed with Top Tier that when my entire roof needed to be replaced, Top Tier was on the top of my list. They did a wonderful job with the estimate, the work was done quickly, and the employees were hard working. When they were finished they cleaned up so well that it was impossible to tell they were ever there. If I ever want any other work done, I don't even have to think about who I'm going to call. Dave is very professional and a great guy and my roof looks amazing but it wasn't without some…read morehiccups. It took him 3 weeks to start, a few days of bad weather and lost keys by one of the crew. . I get shit comes up though.He blamed my gutters at first because they are the old medal gutters but still perform decently. The area where the issue was never dripped before but he insisted it was the gutters. He sent his 2 A team guys the 3rd attempt and fixed it and no more waterfall. I don't have a pic of the fix but it obviously works. When I get up there I'll add it. I'd recommend him, even though there were some hiccups. That's business and with a bunch of young guys. The main problem was my insurance company and Mortgage companies ineptness that prompted unnecessary stress between myself and Dave which lead to some disagreement's. After he saw what I was dealing with it's all good. A matter a fact I'm still dealing with it with delays of not only payment from my insurance to Dave but unknown expenses we were never told by Liberty. Stay Away from them, communication is non existent and lies after lies. The cleanup was horrendous, I'm still picking up nails and as you read, he still blames the gutters.
