If you ask them to move something so that you may easily enter your home it will be done but met with sighs & rolled eyes. Have not had any big rains this season but it seems as if the product could have been more tailored to the home. For some of the gutters they attached something that would have to be pulled down in order to be used. Not something that is going to come to mind the next shower.

They refuse to give us pictures of what they've done so we don't even know if they're really doing what they should be. Wrightway beat the other reputable competition considerable. The professional approach Joe Mand & Jon Pitzen showed, was extremely over the top. The whole experience, from total cost, total time the job took, all of Wrightways employees, as well as the product, was top notch. Upon completion of the roof, it was given a final inspection. During that inspection, it was brought to our attention, that there was absolutely no insulation blown in our attic... Wrightway handle that job as well, at a restaurant cost I might add. A supervisor came by a few days after the install to check the work and fixed a few areas that he felt "were not to H&S standards." Then, this spring, I noticed a small leak on an area that H&S hadn't even worked on (a rubber-sheeted area over my den. I called H&S out it. Dylan came out within a day, looked it over, applied some caulk, and said, "Let's keep an eye on it." I have NEVER had this sort of dedication from a roofing company! I am SO glad I hired a local, established firm to do my roof and not a group of "storm chasers." Knowing I can pick up the phone and get the same people who know my house means everything!
