I would not recommend OshKosh heating and cooling to anyone. I feel I was lied to to try to sell a new furnace when the gentleman came in to look over our furnace, he said that 21 year old Furnace. Furnace was at the end of its life expectancy. However, when the other gentleman came and looked at the furnace, he told us the furnace is built to last 30 to 40 years and parts are obtainable. All Lenox furnaces have parts that are obtainable from a wholesale house I was completely put out by this conduct I would not recommend Oshkosh heating cooling to anyone.
