Communication with them was spot on. The estimator who came out to inspect the roof was professional, informative, and downright charming. The quote was competitive and the schedule met our needs. The team showed up at 7 AM and started working immediately. The dumpster arrived a bit later. They were done around 5 PM (It's not a huge roof). I went out after they left and was astonished how well they cleaned up. I literally could not find one scrap of old roofing or a nail anywhere. I had asked their office to arrange for the dumpster to be pulled the following morning because we were having the driveway and parking area re-graded, beginning at 8 AM the next morning. The dumpster got pulled promptly at 7 AM. The following day a quality control manager came to inspect the crew's work. He did a thorough inspection and ran a magnetic nail collector around again, just to be sure there were any left behind. He even sealed a crack in our chimney.
