Dead battery; they showed up and replaced it in short time…read more Dead again within a week; they showed up again in short time and told me that their first guy put in the wrong battery; they replaced it with the correct battery. Battery quickly went dead; they told me I had to take it to dealer so the car's computer could be reprogrammed - something they should have the first two times. So I took it to Bergstrom and had it programmed. 10 months later, battery dead AGAIN (4th time!!!). Went straight to the dealer this time; they kept the car several days to be extensively checked; car was OK (charging function and no parasitic current drains). Simply, the battery they put in was no good so it was replaced by the dealer. I then asked Fox City Towing to honor NAPA's battery warranty. I was told: 1. Warranty no longer applies to the second battery they put in even though it had to be put in because they screwed up on the first battery 2. Warranty no longer applies because the dealer now replaced it and not Fox Cities Towing - insane after I was stranded 4 times because of their ineptitude and then a bad battery whose warranty they will not help me with. I am in my late '60's and have had plenty of bad cars and batteries in my life. This battery problem takes the prize for the number of times I was stranded by their service. The final straw and thus this review - I rarely waste time complaining - was the gall to tell me that I should have come straight to them rather then the dealer. Just like a kid who can't learn not to touch a hot stove after being burned 3 times. AAA is willing to help me now with the battery warranty claim which, I learned, is how these things are handled. Just don't blame your customer when they've done nothing wrong especially when your ineptitude caused me a lot of grief.

He was kind and patiently waited for other family members traveling in the vehicle to be picked up and our belongings removed from the vehicle. He jumped our vehicle so we could close our windows after waiting with them open on a hot day. I was informed by our roadside assistance company that another quote was $250 higher than the Goss price to tow from Appleton to Green Bay. M&G Auto "fixed" the wrong thing, our check engine light was back on within 4 days of the botched…read morerepair job. We brought it back to them to have them look at it and they wanted to charge us another $350 on top of the incorrect repair they already charged us for. They also claimed that the $350 was a discounted rate because they had JUST fixed our car, but we called another shop who said they could fix the exact same issue, the leak detection pump in the evap system, for $150. so how is $350 from M&G a "discount"? They honestly should've fixed the leak detection pump for free, because they fixed the wrong thing the first time. The absolute most unprofessional thing they did though is throw a fit at us for telling them no thank you to having them fix our car again, because to be honest, we don't trust them to get it right. They told us "they don't hold cars" that they aren't going to fix, and made my boyfriend LEAVE WORK to pick up his car, when their business was already closed for the night anyway. As if having our car in their closed parking lot for a few hours is such an inconvenience for them. You know what's inconvenient? Having to bring your car back to a shop FOUR days after you guys just fixed it. Get over yourselves. Learn a thing or two about customer service before you go under.
