Not only did he repair my sway bar issue, he reminded me that I would be due for new tires in the future. ( I had been advised at my previous oil change so I go he was not trying to scam me to improve his bottom line). He completed all labor, new tires and alignment same day. I also get free tire rotation for the life of my vehicle. I will be taking all of my servicing to Bill going forward.

They kept us informed of the progress and found other issues we were unaware of which later would have required servicing. It was nice to have it be all done right on the first visit. The quality of service work and turn-around time was impressive. The service engine light ended up coming back on and the mechanic took time to get it right back in and fixed an unrelated minor issue that turned up at no extra charge, allowing Emily to resume back to her normal schedule quickly. If we lived closer, Auto Clinic would become our go-to mechanic for all our car needs. And love their shop dog too, such a sweetie! Worst of all... they totally destroyed my timing belt cover. I brought it in there cause the shop is supposed to be able to service older foreign vehicles. They broke 4 bolts on the timing cover and broke off all the plastic bolt tabs that hold it on. When I asked them about the damage they said it was all there before I brought it in. I know FOR A FACT it was in one piece before they got their destroying hands on it. When I called the owner out on it.. first he said thats the way it was.. When I said he was lying he then told me it was an old car and stuff like that breaks... Well then why the heck didnt you tell me about it and replace it. instead they cobbled it together with a bunch of washers and rigged it to stay in place. The brand new thousand dollar timing belt is now completely exposed in two spots. They werent even going to tell me about this stuff and let me drive away. When I said I would have bought a new cover if they had told me...he got real snooty with me and said they dont have time to leave my car up on the stand waiting for parts. I came in 2 hours after they started the work and asked if they thought I needed any more parts.. The answer was no.. everything is fine. Mind you the timing cover was off already but he never showed it to me. I wonder why... hmmm...... And they had the car there 2 days. Now I have a car I STILL cant drive until I get a new cover or risk damaging the new belt. IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE.. YOU WILL NOT BRING IT HERE!!!!!

Never got a receipt because when the car was ready I called to say I was coming and the guy said he was leaving work and I could give him my debit card number over the phone and he would leave the keys in the car because I had a spare. I noticed almost a week later that there was still an exhaust leak. Called them and got it in a week or so later. They checked it out and told me I have several exhaust leaks and it would cost $1000 to fix the whole exhaust system. Not right at all in my opinion. If you take a vehicle in to get fixed and they charge you but don't fix the issue then that is dishonest!!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Automotive Specialists: "You're gonna have to bring it in for us to give you a quote" I bring in my car, thinking it was going to be a 5 minute thing - throw it on the lift see how bad the struts are. They say "well let you know" Take a whole 34 hours to get my "quote" They tell me a dozen other things "wrong" with the car, then give me a "quote" of $3250. Mark up the price of parts by about 3x. I say NO, then they tell me that the inspection will cost $150 AT NO POINT DID THEY COMMUNICATE THEY WERE DOING AN INSPECTION AND IT WOULD COST ME AN ENTIRE DAY OF PAY AVOID THESE SCAMMERS Not to mention they're literally giving gift cards away if you give them good reviews.

Worst experience ever! Zero communication! The service I…read morerequested was to have the battery replaced and oil changed in my 2005 Honda Civic. It took 3 hours and cost me $428.00. My appointment was for 1pm. My car wasn't moved from where I parked it until 1:25. I thought once they had my car in the garage and had a look at it that they would come out to the waiting room to give me my options. Instead, they installed a $254 battery; they thought this was ok for a 20yo car. There was no communication with me regarding anything until 2:45 when Brian came to the waiting room to inform me of $2000 worth of work that my car needed, which included $761 for 2 rear struts. I never asked for a full car inspection. I thought I would not be able to leave, but I was informed the battery was not yet installed. I didn't get out of there until 4 pm. Once I arrived home I took a closer look at my receipt and saw that I was billed $85 for a "charging system test" which I did not ask for, nor was it necessary. I then looked under the hood and saw that even though they had my car for 3 hours, they couldn't take a minute to do a courtesy top-off to the power steering fluid and brake fluid, but instead left them at below the low mark. The AAA battery they installed had a black date sticker of 6/24; a one-year old battery.

It was late afternoon and past quitting time. But Complete Auto came out with an air pump. Got the care drivable. Followed us to their shop. Took our information. Got the care drivable in the shop. Ordered a tire to match the rest of the tires on the car. Our car was ready by 9 AM the next day. Outstanding service. Great, fun people to work with. Great job. We highly recommend them.
