The service engine light ended up coming back on and the mechanic took time to get it right back in and fixed an unrelated minor issue that turned up at no extra charge, allowing Emily to resume back to her normal schedule quickly. A few months later the shaking started again so took car to Dante Auto in Oshkosh. They replaced the front brake rotors and there has been zero shaking. Doubtful about the parts Complete Auto is using. Also, when looking through all my invoices of work they have done I noticed that they replaced the power steering and a/c & alt belts twice within 15 months. I shocked I didn't catch this. I guess I was too trusting. I only take my car to Dante in Oshkosh.

If you already know what's wrong with your car and you tell them what you want they are not bad mechanics but if you go there and you don't know what you're talking about they will take advantage over you and screw you for every dime. I needed to get my axle fixed and I knew exactly what was wrong with it. I took it there and they told me everything up to my steering column was gone and needed to be replaced. The bill was about $2000 is what they quoted. And they try to convince income for me that everything needed to be replaced when it did not. Everything is just fine other than what I came there for.

I told them And they looked at it and RESET The check engine light and told me to come back if it turns on again. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in.
