It took them a month to fill my prescription, and they only did so after I called and badgered them…read moreseveral times. They don't seem to take a lot of initiative when there are problems.

Only had an issue once and the pharmacist/helper fixed it immediately without being promoted…read moreeither. THAT is service you don't find every day. This was a step above other Walgreens we have went to. Props to the manager and whoever trains the staff here. I order most of my meds from Amazon after weak service at other Walgreens but not at this location. Well done!

I am mad as hell spent over 8 hours on phone today decent amount of that waiting. They voided items and charged me and I never got items and they were approved items and items I've gotten before. Called them and I asked what happens if I don't get my money back on my card I feel robbed I'm disabled and I have that card for stuff because of my disabilities I feel I should call police because that's government money let alone specifically for disabled people me and the guy had the balls to say maybe we can work something out? Absolutely gross, unprofessional and I feel robbed . They voided stuff before never took my money off card. Real nice place. Plus they never have serious medications especially prescriptions narcotics for people who really need it 88% of the time. And yesterday they call replacing the dirty square flooring by hammering new squares over them all that dirt and grime unwashed underneath THOUGHT THAT PLACE WAS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SICK AND NEED MEDS OR PHYSICALLY SICK EVEN CANCER TO GO GET THERE MEDS FROM A CLEAN STORE NOT GERMS AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE UNDER LAYERED FLOORING GROSS ATMOSPHERE, CREEPY FUYS ON PHONE AND EXTREME LACK OF MANY MEDICATIONS ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING. THANKS FOR ROBBING A DISABLED PERSON IF I GOTTA SHIT AND COULDNT GET WIPES BECAUSE YOU STOPE MY DISABILITY MONEY ILL WIPE MY ASS ON YOUR UNCLEAN CLEAR FRONT DOORS. The floor was so sticky I'm pretty sure I gained a few inches in height just walking in. One stall door didn't lock, another looked like it had survived a bear attack, and there was toilet paper... everywhere but the dispenser. The sink area? A tragic scene. Soap dispenser empty, paper towels gone, and a mysterious puddle that could have been water... or maybe something else I don't want to think about. If you ever wondered what despair smells like, visit the Walmart restroom. You'll find out in 0.2 seconds. Would I go back? Only if my bladder was negotiating a peace treaty.
