My husband and I chose this Walgreens as it is conveniently located near our home, however, there is nothing convenient about this store. We are constantly waiting more than 24 hours for prescriptions to be ready. Its good that these medicines are not a life and death need, as we would be dead. This walgreens has really declined. They have no hustle or compassion. I was told today that my prescription still was not ready, and it was called in 5 hours earlier. They were 800 prescriptions behind? How can any pharmacy be 800 prescriptions behind? Walgreens, get your crap together. Get this store some help; it's busy enough. Get another pharmacist in there and some techs that hustle. The lady that waited on me had two speeds; slow and stop. That is unacceptable. Made an appointment online for the COVID vaccine and arrived five minutes early. Got in line - I was at the head of the line - and still was not helped for over 20 minutes. It's been over 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for the vaccine?!? Lots of people work here, but at least half of them are stocking and only one of the rest is doing customer service in the pharmacy. I will NEVER come back!!! Be aware: There is a 30 minute parking limit at this Walgreens too! read more

Honestly, we switched to this Walgeeens from a slow and unorganized competitor years back. Service was great at this Walgreens and we loved the pharmacist. You could drive from the doctors office directly to this location and your meds would be ready. Sadly, this is no longer the case. My husband is going on his 6th day of waiting for a medication and my asthma inhaler prescription states (on the app) no date or time when it will be ready. And...there are NO pharmacy hours on Saturdays. frankly, this is unacceptable. If this is a payroll cut, find another budget to reduce. Smith Pharmacy in Little Chute is hands down amazing. I have transferred prescriptions there. Do better, Walgreens. read more

Probably the worst place to go if you in any kind of a hurry for your prescriptions. That department is severely understaffed and it takes forever to get waited on. It's worse at the drive up. If their are any cars in line ahead of you then it's at least ten minutes per car longer. But you really have little choice. You could go to Walmart but that's almost as bad. read more

Do not go to this Walgreens Pharmacy! They are so clueless there. I had two prescriptions called in and they only filled one so had to wait another 20+ minutes and they couldn't even get it filled in that time frame. Then I just left and came back hours later after I got the notification that it was ready and showed up and they misplaced my prescription. Spent a lot of time looking for it. Just seemed very unorganized and prepared. I do have to say when the manager (assuming she was the manager) saw the line at the register she did step up to help out and she seemed to understand that they were unorganized. This place is incredibly incompetent. There is usually a delay in getting my prescriptions filled with a new excuse each time. Some of the employees in the pharmacy have also been quite rude at times also. Will be switching pharmacy for good , I have had enough of this place. read more

Extremely extremely slow drive thru for prescriptions. Not sure if they're understaffed or what but it was over 8 min at the window before anyone even greeted me and said "just a moment please." The whole pick-up (with no cars in front of me) was over 20 min. No sense of urgency AT ALL read more

Be prepared to wait in line! And then wait in line even longer even though the Rx was called in hours earlier! The poor pharmacist.
