I went to this Bath and Body Works awhile ago. I was looking for two candles. iced gingerbread and winter candy apple. I've been calling and calling the store to see if they had the candles. I was informed they had the candles on their "off-site store" i went in and spoke to a lady with blonde hair who got the manager for me. The lady was leaving just now to go get my candles. I told them i did not have anywhere else to go so i would wait right here. When the lady came back, they told me they only had the small 4 oz. I SAID YOUR KIDDING ME RIGHT. I CARTED MYSELF AND MY MOTHER ALL THE WAY TO APPLETON TO GET THESE MOTHER FING CANDLES. THEN "JEN" TRIED TO GIVE ME COUPONS AND TOLD ME TO CALL AN 800 NUMBER SO I COULD SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON. I just happened to be visiting this particular Bath and Body Works and encountered a really delightful customer service experience with Jen. She's amazing.
