Truly the best customer service and most beautiful selection! I wanted to send flowers to my sister in the hospital but was unsure if she'd still be in the hospital when they arrived. This business was the first and only place I reached out for my wedding florals. Sarah sat down with my mom and I to go over absolutely anything and everything prior to booking, along with being able to put together and show me different floral arrangements at that time. Bravo to the wonderful team of florists at Twigs and Vines. It was under sad circumstance the need of the order. My Aunt had passed and flowers from the Nieces and Nephews was in order. My request was simple, she loved purple. Five white roses, representing us, filled with warming beauty of lavenders and baby's breath. Those basic desires plus the wonderful designs added in. Bravo to Sarah, who took the order and gave such reassurance of the family's desires. Bravo to Bob who I accidently panicked over the location of the flowers. This florist is across the street from Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, in the former location of Gary's Flowerland. We stopped in to buy flowers before visiting the cemetery. They have very pretty displays of floral arrangements of all sorts, as well as decorative items. The woman on duty was very helpful, and we selected a pretty arrangement of Gerbera daisies which she trimmed to the correct height for the cemetery urns. We added a little watering can to the arrangement to personalize it; there were lots of options to do that. The price was very reasonable, the flowers very pretty, and the clerk was very pleasant and helpful. I look forward to working with them over the phone when I can't visit Highland in person. read more

I forgot my daughter in law's birthday today. Yikes!! I live in Texas but like to use local businesses if possible. First well reviewed florist that I called said "nope..we need a full days notice, bye bye". Called T & V " of course we can help you" and got nothing but top notch service. Then gentleman that I dealt with offered many options even asking would I like a certain color, certain flower or 360 degree presentation. Twigs & Vines did a great job with the flowers for my wedding and they were really reasonably priced! Judy is very direct and responsive. I was slightly disappointed that they did not have the color of the ribbon that I was looking for in regards to both my bridal bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets. Also, the toss bouquet was lost in the delivery and they did not place the flowers on my cake as previously discussed. Overall, I would recommend them, but make sure to have at least two in-person meetings and put delivery instructions in writing. read more
