Unfinished bottom due to poor directions.

When my daughter and I went to Paintin' Pottery we were excited to try something new. Unfortunately the customer service and help on our projects was minimal and we had to do everything ourselves including finding supplies. There was little contact with us and I felt that we were intruding on what they had going on that day. There were 4-5 employees there that day that I saw and only about 6-7 customers. Every groups should have had someone helping them most of the time. Most customers were working on their own and the owner was on her computer most of the time. When we picked up our projects, my glass fusing piece was nice, but could have been better with some direction. My daughter's project was streaky and they did not tell us they would be using a clear glaze over it all or she might have painted the bottom better. I did send an email to the shop about our poor experience and did not receive a reply back. Customer service is EVERYTHING!!!

Place serves the best coffee in De Pere. The shop is cool, and a much-needed Artsy place in the Green Bay area. Really enjoy it.

Very nice relaxed feeling, also a pottery store. The spiced chi tea is good. :) and the to go cups are adorable.

I had my idea, vision, theme, and colors all picked out for my wedding, but since I live on the west coast I thought a wedding planner would be a good idea to help me stay organized and to meet with vendors when I was not in town. My initial consultation was with a Sash & Bow employee, not Ally the owner. The employee helping me was very friendly. She gave us a quote and we were quite shocked that it would cost us over 2,000 just to WORK with Sash & Bow. This did not include any rental prices. Before the employee gave us our quote we talked to Ally for a bit about what I was thinking and she immediately interrupted, "no! no! no! you do not want to do it like that" and started changing things. The price and Allys attitude deterred us from the start. To stay on top of our budget we started crossing off rental items that we could just make ourselves or get for a cheaper price somewhere else. We ended up cutting over $1,000 out of our quote by just DYIing (my moms incredibly artistic and creative so doing all the crafts was the fun part!) We had already booked and met with 90% of our vendors. One of her services included meeting and setting up appointments with other vendors. Since we were cutting nearly all of our rentals out and didn't need her corresponding with any vendors we called her to see if we could get a new quote from her to help us either the week or the day of coordinating. Before we could even finish what we wanted to explain she started to ask who we were all working with. We told her the venue was going to be Heritage Hill and she said she didn't like that place because they are unorganized, so she would have to charge us with an extra labor fee since she would be working harder. Then she asked what tent company we were going through. We told her Elite Tent and again she said, oh they are bad too! That will also cost you more. Then she asked what caterers we were going through. We told her Renards and she said, oh they are always late and I will have to charge you more if I have to work with them. All of the vendors I worked with were PHENOMENAL! No one was late, nothing was forgotten, and they all did exactly what was asked...and with a smile and fantastic attitudes! I have no idea why she didn't like the vendors I chose. Well that was the second strike and we decided we were not going to work with her because of how pushy and bossy she seemed. THEN! I had not found the gold chiavari chairs that I REALLY wanted for my tent wedding. My florist knew I was looking for them and he e-mailed me about three months prior to my wedding to say, "quick! contact ally from sash and bow. She JUST bought 100 gold chiavari chairs and is renting them out for a good price!" (everyone was renting them from $10-$12 per chair. Ally was doing a special deal for $7 per chair) I called her that same day and she said she still had them and didn't rent them out yet. I told her that I DEFINITELY want them. I'm not sure if she knew or remembered me, but she asked where my wedding was. Remembering the last time she asked me about vendors I was hesitant to answer. When I told her Heritage Hill, she said that I would have to contact Heritage Hills event coordinator to see when and where they can load the chairs in. (Heritage Hill does not want trucks down in the patio area during business hours. Trucks had to either come before park opened or after the park was closed) Ally said if the truck can not pull down to the patio area and her guys would have to walk chairs from the parking lot she would have to charge me more. I told her I would get right back to her, but that I really want to rent them. I called Heritage Hill and they said that trucks can pull down there as long as it is not during park hours. I called Ally immediately back very excited that I had finally had the last item I had been looking for and wanting. She did not answer, so I emailed her to let her know we are good to go with the truck pulling down to the patio and to let me know how I can put a down payment on the chairs. She e-mailed me back about a half hour later. She was very short and said, "The chairs have been rented out that day". I had absolutely had it with this women after that. In my opinion and experience she is beyond bossy, overbearing, pushy, does not listen, way over priced for the area, and can be an absolute "know it all". I urge EVERYONE not to give her business. The way she treats people is not right. My wedding was the best day of my life and all the extra expenses Ally wanted to charge me for were unnecessary. I even found the gold chiavari chairs from Seize the Day for an even better price and they were so nice and so much fun to work with! I am glad I didn't have a stressed out wedding planner during the happiest day of my life!

This one is centrally located around all of the popular spots and you can walk around as if you're at a music festival, but go to the centrally located one! The main perk is that they have the VIP option, which allows you to attend the outdoor and indoor party. The indoor party is decked out with Packers decorations, but also a nice play to warm up and sit down while you eat a bite. The food line and bar aren't crazy busy as the other parties/outdoor options. And you can go outside with your food/drinks. People of all ages are there. They apparently have a package deal with the hotel, where you can get a hotel room, game ticket, and party ticket. However, we didn't know about this! I spent anxious hours trying to download them through SeatGeek. Finally got them hours before the game. Awful! I ordered tickets for a "tailgate" sponsored by Event USA, $100 each, so I expected something real nice. Wrong! A guy playing really loud music in a hotel ballroom, no place to sit. Overcooked and scorched breaded chicken, nice brats, and a pile of hamburger meat etc for "nachos". No game day vibe. Btw, nobody communicated how to download the tickets for this either. Never again. Advice for anybody thinking of dealing with these jokers; don't!
