The only thing that was kind of frustrating was when ordering/waiting for our food. You order and then just wait for your food and at times others were also waiting for their food and employees didn't know who ordered what so asked everyone in the pick up area what they ordered multiple times. Maybe implementing a ticketing system would be helpful and calling out the number when an order is ready would make it a lot smoother.
