Today specifically I called them for a flower order for my mom and Paula was extremely helpful and quick with my order. They keep my information on hand (which I didn't realize before!) so they can pull up my address and the address of people I have sent flowers to in the past. I find this extremely helpful and love that they are organized and "get it" to have a system like this.
