We were worried about the delivery being that we were ordering it all the way from Hawaii & had no knowledge on local florists. What we didnt know was that my mother in law would be out of town for a week on a last minute vacay. These guys were so accomodating and professional and offered us to redeliver once my MIL got back from her trip. We are so grateful for the back and forth communication and prompt service. Thank you so much!

Daun is no longer in the grocery store in Freedom…read more My daughter lives out of the area. She got married last year so I worked with Daun to get her bridal bouquet, corsages and boutineers. Daun was so great to work with! She is caring and a great listener. She did everything to help us avoid a meltdown and offered great tips on what to have on hand since the wedding took place out of the area and in the countryside. Because of being so far away and having a wedding in the country Daun suggested an artificial flower bouquet. It was so beautiful and my daughter absolutely loved it! Daun knocked it out of the park. I knew it was artificial but still had to second look because the flowers she chose were so real looking. My daughter has not put it in storage yet, it is still displayed in her house after a year of marriage.

That means when I order flowers from them I always do it via phone or online- so I choose to support a local Appleton business by choosing Memorial Florists. Today specifically I called them for a flower order for my mom and Paula was extremely helpful and quick with my order. They keep my information on hand (which I didn't realize before!) so they can pull up my address and the address of people I have sent flowers to in the past. I find this extremely helpful and love that they are organized and "get it" to have a system like this. I am always pleased with the prices, quality, and service of this place and will continue to buy my flowers here.

But I saw all the flowers coming in(earlier today) thr reminded me of mother. So I just had to get flowers to remind me of her. Ohhhh how I hated to water then as a young boy growing up and all those flowers. Now I can't get enough and wish I had more space for them. So this establishment has it all. I saw a High tree/small bush Trimmed up,that but full of beautiful red roses(see pics). They had some good deals. I like supporting local over other big box places. Not that there is anything wrong with fleet farm and getting 20% off with the season being in the middle of June. But this is a mom and pop shop with loyal people so I love to support them. People were so helpful and kind. Helped me get some of the heavier things into the vehicle. I will be going back again on pay day. There is just so much to take in(enjoy the pics). Until the next review, Yelp Steve-O, out!

I was promised that it would be made and delivered that day. It's Thursday afternoon and has still not been delivered. I called the store and the man who answered was very rude, never apologized and said "it's a busy time of year." He then told me it had been delivered. When I told him it was not, I was told, "maybe you'll have better luck with another florist." I ended the call. He called back to say the arrangement was still sitting in their back room and has not been delivered. Despite not being delivered four days after it was supposed to be, they charged my account earlier in the week. Horrible customer service. Still no product, despite being charged for the arrangement and the delivery.
