When in town I make an appointment with Ken to get my dip done. I also paid to have my cuticles cut. They have a wide assortment of colors. I chose a denim color with a tinge of sparkle. I was quite pleased. Ken seems to know what he is doing. He is kind and engaging. When I was done I asked if I could return later for a pedicure. He said they have an opening now. Another tech did my pedicure. I felt so pampered for a pedicure. I had the $60 lemon choice. On my next visit I will return for both. read more

Very pleased with my recent visit here. Me and my boyfriend had been wanting to get pedis together for a while and they were able to squeeze us in as walks ins an hour before they closed. I came here because of the reviews. Trying to figure out how they are so high. Employee's dog in shop. Not a dealbreaker for me, but it could be for some. I was a walk-in and taken fairly quickly. The nail tech I got was Anna. It seems to me when you're doing a personal service and someone that you should introduce yourself. I had no idea who she was and had to ask her name. She got a bowl of acetone for me to soak my nails in. I was getting a dip. Well, It looks like they have water in a bowl and put a plastic bag over it and then put the acetone in there. I want to put my fingers in the bowl. Kid do not, the water was literally boiling. I told them that it was too hot. They told me just stick my fingers up and down in it then they ask you to use the gauze to rub the polish off. I thought that they were giving me the service. I did not think it was a do it yourself. After she got the polish off, she started using her tools which were in a little basket by her side. She did not get them out package that had been sterilized, I thought maybe she did and they were already sitting there. I have never seen anyone file my nails with my fingers pointing up to the ceiling that was a new one. Nowhere during the service did she have me wash my hands which is my usual. Another girl sat down next to me and they told her to put her hands in the bowl. Once again it was way too hot. She told them and they said, just dip your fingers up and down. so it was not just me. When she was done with my service, she threw her tools right back in her little basket. Right there told me that she doesn't sterilize them for each person. I have to say that this was certainly an unorthodox manicure. I will not be going back. I gave it two stars rather than one. The outcome of the dip does look nice. read more

Atmosphere: It shares a parking lot with additional businesses (Once Upon a Child and Plato's Closet) so parking can be a bit tight. The front desk is right when you enter and there is a coat rack in the front entryway. You digitally sign in when you arrive and there is a nice waiting area with cushy chairs and couches! The inside is soooooooooo clean. Immaculate. Service: This is one of the best French tip manicures I've had in my LIFE. I couldn't be happier. Price: $35 for a French tip gel manicure. Tried a pedicure, and was very disappointed. My lady broke one of my nails, not as in chipped it, but actually broke it. I told her twice that it hurt before she even looked at it. She assured me she'd fix it, but did nothing. She was kinda rude when I kept pointing out that my nail was literally hanging off my toe. Moving past the uncomfortableness of my toe from a distance it didn't look the worst, but once I got home I realized that she just painted my actual toe so it looked like it wasn't as broken as it was. I will not be returning. Prices have also increased since others have posted prices in the past. Pedicures start at 35, and they don't ask what kind of pedicure you want. read more

I enjoyed being offered a bottle of water while getting my nails done. If you are looking for place that gives you an actual manicure this is not it. I am not a fan of soaking my nails and fingers in a pool of nail polish remover, however it was warm. I am concerned about the amount of chemicals this and other shops like it put into the trash and eventually the water system. Scared for the future. They used an electric drill to grind away the cuticles and never used a nippers to remove the skin. The polish was put on expertly and looks great. After 6 days the nails look good yet but my cuticles are still there. I don't like the look of cuticles still stuck to my nails. The price was good but I will keep looking for a manicure with my nail polish. read more

I went with my friend her nails wasn't filed properly the shape is awful the corners are sharp and had a chunk of plastic cutting into my skin the acrylic is uneven. Disgusted with the quality for the price would never pay that price for these nails going to a different nail salon to get them removed as soon as possible. read more

Went twice but would not recommend this place for nails. The work stations are not very clean. They don't wipe or use any cleaner between clients. The first time was average - I got a dip. The mail tech was very fast and I wished he would have taken a bit more time at cleaning up the dip around the edges. Also he got my cuticle with the sanding tool. Thought I would try it one more time. The second time was worse: once again he got my cuticle with the sander, which was quite painful; he sanded off most of the dip that was applied. When he finished he said he would see me I two weeks. If you ever had quality dips before they should last almost 4 weeks. He took so much off that my nails started breaking in about 2weeks. Don't waste your time and money for a shoddily dip manicure. read more

USED TO ONLY GET ACRYLIC BUT MADE A SWITCH. Ken always does and awesome job for my nails. I switched from acrylics to dip and my natural nails are stronger than ever! Ken was very fast (shaved off a good half an hour of the time acrylic took) and always does a wonderful job. This was my second pedicure ever and I don't remember the gentleman's name who did them is but it seemed busier than normal) so my pedicure was rushed and I had to settle for no tips on my super short toes. I wanted little tips so my French tip pedicure looked nicer than just a gel polish ran across the top of my super short toe nails that are uneven. Next time I'll call and tell them I would like a longer pedicure appointment when I call to set it up. read more

I booked an appointment yesterday for 4:30. They were running behind and did not take me back until 4:50. The nail tech did not greet me and continued a conversation with the nail tech at the next station for the duration of my visit. I asked to be booked with someone experienced with ingrown toenail removal, and to have a callus treatment and design. This was not the case. I reminded the nail tech twice about the callus treatment and still didn't get it, he barley managed the standard exfoliation. I asked for a simple design (two flowers on my big toes and strips on my middle toe) and showed a photo of what I'd like. The male nail tech said that he couldn't do designs, so i had to wait for another lady came over. The result looks like a kindergarten art project. read more

I had an appointment here a week ago at 4:00 pm. I arrived around 3:45 to pick a nail color and wait. I was not sat to start my appointment until 4:30 pm, 30 minutes after it was supposed to start. There were only 2 nail techs working at the time, and one was helping a walk in. I had an appointment! When I was sat down for my pedicure, no one could get to me so by the time I was helped, my feet were soaking in cold water. The pedicure was sub par, he did not even file my nails (and they have already chipped a week later). He did not spend time on my cuticles or calluses whatsoever, and I get I didn't purchase the fancy package.. but I could have just painted my nails at home. It is a pedicure... some extra care is expected in the service besides just painting. As for my manicure, the nail tech was extremely rough on my nails, to the point where they hurt days after. I was waiting for him to soak my nails and work on my cuticles, as I had booked a manicure.. and he told my my appointment was over and to go pay. I said I booked a manicure and wanted a manicure, not just my nails painted? And the other nail tech dove in and started scolding me saying I needed to specify what services I wanted at the beginning.. uh I did.. when I booked a MANICURE per your websites description. My nails look decent but I would never return here due to the disorganization and poor customer service. read more

Im highly disappointed because I checked the reviews and it seemed like a good place, but I was so wrong! The place has a nice atmosphere but unless your a regular then they treat you like an inconvenience! I called ahead to see if they had an opening they claimed they did but rush through my service to help a regular. She could have just told me they aint have any openings! I drove over 30 minutes because all of these nail shops are the same with the horrible service and unless you are there every 2 weeks then your service is just horrible. When she would finish doing a part and i was checking to make sure it was good she would rush me for an answer, she didnt even give me time or do more then one coat. How do you expect someone to want to be a regular if the first experience is so horrible!? Just overall a bad experience, getting my nails done for me is supposed to be a feel good pampering experience, not a hurry up and get out my chair experience which is what i felt the entire time i was there!! read more

Overall bad experience, I was being scolded here more than I have ever been in my life. Nail technician sanded my cuticle and blamed his mistake on me moving, which I did not do. Kept scolding me to hold still, which if I held any more still, I'd be dead. He overcharged me because my acrylics were longer which I've never heard of that being a thing until now. read more

I usually do not complain about bad service, I just don't go back! The day before I called for a 9:00 am appointment for a pedi and S&S. I wanted to get in right away. Well, this was the worst experience EVER! It started with entering the place and being yelled at immediately to pick a color, the other lady who was looking at the color wheel and I looked at each other, like YIKES, Ok... so then I proceeded into the back to get my pedi, the girl never said hello, worked on my feet (I am ticklish) when she was scrubbing my first foot, I kind of jumped I let her know it wasn't her fault, I giggled and explained it was me and told her I was ticklish, she barely touched my other foot. When I was seated to get my nails done, I was directed to submerge my place hands in a bowl and scrub off the old S&S. While I did, I broke one of my own nails. I then had to wait for the younger male to come and work on my nails, but he decided to paint the toe nails of another customer....remember, I had an appointment, and his customer decided at the last minute to get her toes done, while I waited. When he finally came over by me, he was rushing around so much, dropped a tool, and then began working on my nails. I explained I broke a nail when I was scrubbing them. My nails are long, and I explained that I wanted just a bit shorter, and was just explaining I wanted a tip on the one I broke, when he chopped off a nail to the length of the broken one. I said why did you do that? He began to argue with me. Pissed off now, I said well you may as well chop them all off to match. He worked on my nails at lighting speed, so you can imagine the job that was done. I left, NEVER TIPPED HIM, which I never do that, and walked out. My nails were uneven and my fingers were sore. I have gotten my nails done for years, and never had an issue or complaint about them. I was so disappointed and felt I should write this so someone else will be aware. I rated a 1 star, as I couldn't submit a message without a rating, otherwise it would be NO STARS. read more

Which i even thought was expensive. Keep in mind that i got absolutely no manicure ONLY POLISH. They did not trim cuticles or anything. Lady even YANKED my hands multiple times and YELLED AT ME TO STOP "MOVING!" DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! this place is garbage. One of the guys laughed at me and said you are not baby how we charge you only $20 for that. It is $25. I think he should have not stuck his nose where is didn't belong because I'm sure he didn't know that i got no manicure. Only polish. Ridiculous and terrible service. I told them i will not be back.
