My daughter went here for a gel nails. Cost 45 bucks. They guarantee there nails. Well here started to peel after 3 days. There a so many nail shops out there. It can be hard to find a good one that offered good products and knows the tips and tricks to make an average salon into a great salon. Please skip this place. Save your money. I rarely write reviews and have to be very disappointed to write a bad review. I did not request a special technician, but was assigned to Lucy. Pedicure included leg scrub and massage very relaxing! I enjoyed it, but the polish on one of my feet started to wear shortly after leaving the salon. The manicure was terrible! Anthony did not do a good job. When cutting my cuticles he drew blood. I could not communicate effectively with him. He hurt my arthritic hands trying to massage them. My nails have ridges and are thin. Although I pointed this out, he filed them incorrectly and the nails caught on fabric, tore, and the polish cracked to the point I removed it 3 days later. Both the pedicure and manicure were regular polish, not gel or dip. Very unsatisfied based on time and cost. read more

This was truly my worst experience ever getting my nails done. DO NOT GO TO NATURAL NAIL BAR. I feel bad. The gentleman that did my pedicure was amazing but my manicurist did such a terrible job, I will never go back. They threw a fit because I wanted gel and not dip, as I am allergic to the activator for the dip polish. I asked for a square shape nail and got 4 different shapes cross my nails and all different sizes. I wanted short and simple and she refused to go any shorter. When I left, I had the clear coat dried all over my fingers and the paint was not done on the sides. I requested nude and dark maroon and she said no nude, you do white and wouldn't listen to me. She grinded my nails beds so thin that she burned me on multiple occasions per nail bed. My nails looks truly terrible and the paint job is sloppy. I'm very disappointed that I spent over $65 just to hope that I can get them redone before my friends wedding this Saturday. 10/10 do not recommend. There was also an elderly woman who expressed to me that she had Alzheimer's and was very confused and the staff was incredibly rude and impatient with her. I told my nail tech to give me a minute so I could assist with this woman, and my nail tech sighed and got mad at me, pulling my hand closer to her - grinding my nail bed away. I'm never one to complain about a business on Facebook, but jeez. Took a vacation day for some RnR and ended my day with my blood boiling unable to let it go. truly my worst experience. Made an appointment for my daughter far in advance this time and she still waited for 40 minutes before she could sit down. That's ridiculous. I drove from Fond du Lac on the recommendation of a friend. I wanted somewhere clean, sterile, with natural and organic options and access to the newest and healthiest nail trends. I follow the latest nail trends and brands on social media, and am a amateur nail artist who usually does her own nails. The good: they had all that I wanted! Liners in the pedicure bowls, sealed and sterilized tools, SNS, a ton of color options from Zoya, and even the holographic powder that I wanted to try. Best part of all, it was an independent nail brand I recognized and trusted, not just a generic tub of who knows what. They were professional and kind, and I did not feel like I was getting shuffled around and out the door ASAP. The "meh": Because I take good care of my own nails, I didn't need a manicure and had come in with my nails naked and ready to go. I just needed an polish application and my nails to be buffed a little. I explained that on the phone and before my manicure. I was still charged full price, and was not given a discount for not having to remove polish, soak, clip, cut cuticles, shape, etc. The bad: Holy expensive! They give no combination discounts for getting a manicure and pedicure and will charge you for every extra you get. We got two basic pedicures, one acrylic tip application, two SNS manicures, and then upcharged $10 for my holo powder, and $5 to do a "coffin shape" on my daughter's acrylic nails. I thought the extra charge for that was silly. Total: $170! That's $50 more than I have ever spent anywhere else for the two of us to get mani/pedis. Overall, I will be back based on cleanliness and friendliness and skill (seriously everyone was SO NICE), but will avoid anything but the basics to keep it affordable. You get what you pay for, and in this case it's the truth, for the cost, it was worth every penny in the end. read more

I had a great experience for my manicure and will be a returning customer. Booking was very easy - I did it online. They offered me water right away. Tony did my manicure and it was the best manicure I've had. He was very respectful and kind and did a great job with trimming my nails, my cuticles, and with the polish. He checked in with me throughout the service to make sure I was satisfied. I had a newer employee, Mike, do my pedicure and he did an okay job. He was very detail-oriented and gentle. You could tell he was nervous and didn't have the entire process down. He also checked in with me during the entire service. My nail polish color didn't match at all from what I selected and he didn't offer to change it when I said it was different. The tech. did a fancy design on them without telling them that it would be extra above the cost of the $55 acrylic nails, that she asked for. At checkout they charged the children $90!!!! When I confronted the manager she said they should of had an adult with them? I guess they prey on children. Stay far away! The receptionist said to me "that if I got a happy meal at McDonald's and ordered extra stuff I would have to pay more for that stuff........" This was my second time coming here. The first time was just okay for me. I only came back this time because my pedicure buddy wanted to check out the new location. We got their most expensive pedi and with gel polish. It was a good treatment (i.e. massage, sugar scrub, hot stones, etc.) but the gel polish job was mediocre looking, and it has only been a week to the date and two of my entire gel polishes have come off of my toes. Both times I was there they got me in right at my appointment time and got me out within an hour. Their prices seem reasonable for SNS. Overall everything looked clean. I like how they do a hand massage and warm towel after your nails are done. The only complaint is that this last time I went, some of the SNS layers chipped off one of my nails. When I brought it up, they told me they always do that unless customers say no to gel. I told them I had never done acrylic so I had no idea that it was an added service and should have been asked if I wanted gel rather than doing it and charging me the extra $20. Horrible service! An extremely long story short, I came here to get dip powder nails and they fell off within a few days on my vacation when they were supposed to be guaranteed to last three weeks. Contacted them and was told I would receive credit to have my next visit free since I was out of the state for a month and not able to go in to get them fixed Without typing a book of details about the Multiple back-and-forth I had to do...it has been such a hassle trying to get them to honor what they said. Now that I needed to rebook my appointment today since I am sick and don't want to go out right now during this coronavirus outbreak, they said that if I didn't come to my appointment tonight that I would be forfeiting my credit and they wouldn't rebook me with it. Absolutely the best pedicure I've ever received! Wanted Green Bay colors, so it's perfect. I had the Mother of Nature pedicure with a design. It was $50. The pedicure was well worth it. The menu says the pedicure is 45 minutes. After I was set up, she actually set a timer. She massaged for most of that time. She waited til the timer beeped before she finished. After the timer beeped, she massaged a few more minutes, then painted. My feet and legs feel AMAZING!!! I live in Florida. I came here last year, and was impressed with their dip polish. It was my first dip polish. We happened to come back this year, and I knew I had to come back. Unfortunately, I didn't make an appointment, so they couldn't do my fingernails today. However, they got me right in for pedicure. I suggest you make an appointment, but, seriously, try this place if you're looking for talent. My husband booked a surprise mani pedi day for me at natural nail bar this past weekend. When I arrived the receptionist was on the phone, I stood there patiently waiting and she never even looked up. After she hung up she looked at me asked what I was there for and if I had an appointment, then told me to "pick out a color". I quickly did and then once again waited while she talked to two other customers for at least 5 minutes. Another employee asked if I was ready and directed me to the back for my pedicure. The pedicure was nice however the massage chair would only work for 1 minute and kept shutting off. The employees seemed to get annoyed at me as I touched the buttons to reset it. Once again the same receptionist stops back to inform me my husband is on the phone and wants to pay for my service, she asks what I am getting "pedicure", "which one", "gel, designs". Blurting then out one after another then says "so how do you rate your service, excellent, good or poor". This is all halfway through my first service! How do you reply to that? Moving on, I get my manicure and it's awesome! I go to leave a tip and because I had two different employees I said, please split it in half, $7.50 each. She says "we don't do that", you need to give in even dollars. This woman is supposed to be the face of this salon and because of her I will never be back. Wow! What an experience. This is my second nail salon I've visited since moving to Wisconsin from Virginia. I called first thing this morning to book an appt for a mani and pedi and the lady that answered was able to fit me in whenever worked best for me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and noticed how nice the atmosphere is. There's a decent size section for regular polish and they have so many different colors and finishes for the sns dip nails. This was my first time getting sns and I had artificial nails on when I walked in. They soaked my nails and removed them painlessly and quickly. I opted for the sns and chose to do a blue glitter ombré that Gianna did wonderfully. Next I was taken to the pedicure area where it's pretty dark with massage chairs and a sanitized, lined pedi bowl at each chair. There's three different options for the pedicure, I had the second option which I believe is the Mother Nature. Such a relaxing experience, it's quiet, dark, a massage chair and the masks and scrubs smell great. Celine painted my toes and did a great job. I can't wait to book my next appointment. read more

I generally visit this place for waxing. One time I decided to get my nails done and went for SNS and the service did not disappoint me. They do good job with nails for the one time got them done. For waxing, there are 2 people who are good at it. I generally prefer to go with Janey(I think that's how her name is spelt haha). I went here for the first time today and am not too happy with my experience, I chose a color that was a pale peachy color, or so I thought. He then put the color on my nails and it was super pink (far from my comfort zone). I mentioned that it was way more pink then what I had chosen and so he then told the "head" lady and she said it was because so many people had touched that color it had faded off which is why it looked so different. They didn't offer to do anything for me to fix it or offer any money off. They are also very see through!
