Every time I get a pedicure the lady cuts my cuticles to where they bleed. I've had great service and not so great. It just depends.

Visiting for the weekend and this salon is hands down the best I've ever been to! They have plenty of staff and we called 10 other salons and could not get in on a Friday morning with 4 people for pedicures. This place, no problem!! We called, they booked us all for 11:15. We showed up a few minutes late but no problem sitting right down in a chair - all 4 girls! Two of us got gel, 2 regular paint. Every tech was great. This place was fun and very relaxing. I usually enjoy coming here and they typically do a great job, which is why this experience felt disappointing. I had my nails done not even two weeks ago, and my pointer finger nail popped off. My pedicures and manicures normally last well over two weeks, so this was unusual. On top of that, my pedicure barely lasted a little over a week--my toenails were chipped and the color was coming off, which has never happened to me. I called to let them know, and they were super kind and told me to come in to get everything fixed. When I came in, they repaired the broken nail, and I also got a pedicure and a builder gel fill. They were very nice and apologetic about the nail breaking, but I was surprised when they charged me for a "nail fix" on top of my fill and pedicure. Considering it had only been about a week and a half since my original appointment, and they had insisted they'd fix the broken nail. I expected they might waive the fix or at least give a small discount. Instead, I was charged extra. The service itself was good, but the quality and the way the pricing was handled this time felt off and disappointing. I really like this salon, but I hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future. read more

I had a great experience at Oshkosh Bail Salon. Jenny was my technician and quite honestly, she did one of the best pedi/ dip jobs I've ever had. She was lightening fast and my nails are absolutely gorgeous. I'll definitely be back when we return to the air show next year! read more

Super disappointed in my SNS service today...this was my first time there and I won't be back. The tech was super friendly, but my nails are uneven, not the shape I asked for, she missed the sides of multiple nails (just noticed this at home) and filed my nails so much she cut me. I had a tip put on one nail I had broken and it took four tries of her dipping and filing it because she just kept putting more coats on without letting it dry so it would smudge or come off. Mostly upset because I paid $40 for nails I'm going to have replaced ASAP with my normal salon with her first opening next week. read more

Very nice place to get a pedicure for residents across the street residing at Aspire Senior Living

A friend and I went on a Saturday for a girls date. Our manicure and pedicure took less than 40 minutes total, including dry time (approx 10 minutes). It felt like we were getting an express service for the full service price. I was in from out of town, it was my 1st experience here - and will likely be my last. I was charged a fee for using my debit card. This was not posted by the check out nor was I informed of the fee. It would have been nice to know, especially since I had cash and could have easily avoided the fee. Overall, it was fast, efficient but almost rushed (cuticles were missed and I even had something under a nail that was not removed). Didn't expect a "spa" experience but expected a little bit more than we received. Likely, will try other salons next time I'm in Oshkosh. read more

I have gone to Oshkosh Nails on Witzel Ave for years. Every time I have a pedicure the cost goes up and the quality of service goes down. Today a standard pedicure lasted 13 minutes and cost $30!. When I go to Florida in the winter my pedicures last over an hour and cost less! Time to switch salons!!! read more

This was a great place to get a basic manicure. I walked in on a Friday afternoon. The price was right. For a basic manicure my nails were prepped, cuticles neatened up, and polish quickly and expertly applies. It's now two days later with no evidence of chipping or peeling. read more

Great nail salon super friendly staff! They did my finger nails exactly how I Asked! The salon is gorgeous! I would go there for my hands but not a pedicure. Was extremely disappointed in my pedicure, I should have known better we she pulled out a fat cheese grater! The first time I went her just before Easter I had a dip done and it was great no problems and they looked fantastic (I didn't have tips put on just the dip over my natural nails) well I stopped in yesterday to have a new set put on and I figured I'd spoil myself because it was my birthday so I also got a manicure. I feel that too much skin was removed around a few of my cuticles as well as around the tip of my left thumb, this time I decided to get tips put on as well, big mistake on the manicure, the glue for the tip went way over the tip of my thumb and due to the manicure I now have a very sensitive thumb that is now also an open cut due to the pulling that occurred between yesterday and this morning and me having to pull my skin away from the nail and nail bed. I also mentioned how rough I am on my nails and my hands in general and that I would do better with a thicker nail but I don't see much of a difference between last time and this time. The tube of glue also fell over and splashed onto my hand and arm and I'm still trying to get it off my skin. I'll go back for a dip but not a manicure. The service was good and I was offered a drink when I was seated and they also gave me 10% off (wasn't given a reason as to why though) so that was a bonus. I will see if my husband can get a better picture when he gets home of the cut. read more

She has done gel nails for me each time, she spends a lot of time on them to make sure they are perfect and that I like them! She also has taken ideas I get from Pinterest and has done an amazing job with it! I highly recommend Oshkosh nails! I'm so angry! I've been coming here for a while now and today all I wanted done was a shamrock put on my accent nail. Well none of the guys could do it. So I asked for one of the ladies to do it and none of them would. So I had the guy take the design off (at this point it looked like a circle blob of green). Well as they were finishing, a top coat was not put on. So I reminded them. Well the guy that did my nails said he did (mind you he didn't because they were both trying to figure out how to paint it on) so they fought with me. My nails are almost done and instead of just putting a top coat on they refused. So now I am at another nail salon to get my design put on and paying more. So angry! read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went for a fill and a guy I had never seen before ripped off 3 of my nails and when I asked him to just do a fill he said i would have to pay $40 now. Then I asked to just remove my nails and not have them redone and he refused and walked away. read more

It was my first time at this salon, I've had YEARS of getting my nails done. I will not go back because I'm afraid I'd get the same girl! If I could go to someone else I'd try another person but her filing (alongside the side of my nails) was literally PAINFUL! When I got home my nails were so sore for a day.
