She is the one who put the feathers in my hair in my profile picture. She always listens likes to stay current on hair trends and always willing to try new ideas with you. And will tell you if she doesn't think it will work as well as you have pictured in your head. That does happen to me often. If the world was like how it is in my head I would have really cool hair all the time. Plus Erin is super sweet and easy to talk to. The salon is always clean, neat and comfortable to be in. I know they offer a ton of services besides hair that I have never tried and hopefully will get to in the future.

I really miss how this place used to be run with the old owners. (shout out to Andrew and Vanessa,…read morethey were amazing) i had an appointment today but they started 15 minutes late. that's fine. my dip manicure was okay for the most part, but someone else had to completely re do the top coat at the end, because it was bumpy and uneven and looked like i painted it myself with a goopy top coat. i was moved around a lot. i would sit in a chair and then someone would say wait come sit over here. it was just kind of odd. my pedicure involved ice cold water, cuticles untouched, and still calluses on my feet but i paid for that service. i was never asked what shape i prefer my toenails so they are pretty square. not a huge fan of that. i tried a few times giving this place a shot with the new owners but i just don't plan on returning again.

When I arrived two hours later with my daughter for her homecoming nails, suddenly the price was $80. I should have walked out, but it was important to her, so I agreed. During the appointment, my daughter texted me saying her nails were crooked and the paint wasn't even. I told her to let the tech know immediately. She ended up telling three different techs, and not one person made any effort to fix the issues. When I arrived to pick her up, I was shocked. Multiple nails were visibly crooked, two had rough, jagged edges, and the polish didn't even cover the full nail. When I pointed this out to the man in charge, he just kept repeating that he would "fix them," even though he clearly knew the work was unacceptable and was willing to let her walk out like that. This was supposed to be a special moment for her, and instead it was a complete disappointment. I will never return, and if you value your time, money, or basic quality, don't risk going here.

I initially had a great experience. The service seemed good, and I had no problems or concerns…read morewhile I was there. The technician asked what I wanted, and I requested acrylic toes. Everything went smoothly, and I left happy with no complaints. However, a few weeks later, I removed the acrylic and was shocked by what I saw. My toenails looked extremely unhealthy. One of my big toenails looked like it was rotting and was so damaged that it felt like it could fall off at any moment. The big toe on my other foot developed what appeared to be an infection. I have never had issues like this before getting my toes done here, so this was extremely upsetting. The condition of my toes became so concerning that I had to go to the hospital to get them checked. I was evaluated by a medical professional and had to be put on medication because of the infection. No one should have to deal with something like this after getting their nails done. I called the salon to explain what happened and see how we could resolve the issue, but instead of helping me, the person I spoke with hung up on me multiple times. That level of customer service was completely unprofessional and made the situation even worse. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I left the salon happy, but the condition my toenails were left in and the way my concerns were handled completely changed my opinion. I would never recommend this place to anyone. 0/10. ( I have to put a star for me to be able to post it but my real rate is a 0/10 ) I also added pictures sorry guysss it's grosssssss!!!!

I came here with my friend for my first Shellac mani/pedi and my first professional mani/pedi in…read morefour years. We had appointments and my girl advised me that we should arrive early, which was a good call. By the time my nails were being painted, all but one of the pedicure chairs were taken and the small waiting area was full! The staff was fine, they would make some small talk but mainly worked steadily, which I appreciated. The massage chairs were nice and the water in the foot bath was blissfully HOT. This is something I love, but I could see how one could find it uncomfortable if they were not into hot water. The woman working with me gave me a foot and calf massage. My feet are wildly sensitive, so fortunately she used enough pressure on them to not make the foot massage tickle torture. My cuticles were in need of some SERIOUS trimming and the woman working with me did a damn fine job in cleaning them up! She applied the shellac polish to my toes first, then we headed over to the nails station so she could take care of my hands. From start to finish, we were in and out in about an hour, hour and a half. A reasonable amount of time since they did not do a rush job. The shop is a decent size, but is packed full with nail stations. The waiting area is pretty much non-existent and unfortunately a bit cluttered and dusty. This shop does get a lot of business and a Shellac mani is $25, Shellac pedi $35. I may have the two mixed up, but those are the prices. This is your standard nail shop! Efficient and thorough! I am going on a week with my Shellac and I am HOOKED! My pedicure looks untouched and my manicure still looks amazing, NO chipping. I get my natural nails painted and have to keep them very short because of my day to day work, but they look gorgeous! Again, NO CHIPPING! If anything, I only notice a slight outgrowth because my nails grow quickly, but that has nothing to do with the polish! Go for it!
