They turned out so cute, exactly what I asked for. It's located in a good spot and has a clean inside. I got acrylics before my vacation and they're still lasting after many hikes in the smoky mountains as well as horse back riding without any chips or any feeling "loose". I needed to have powder dip removed because I had a nail fungus from another salon. Ivy tried to convince me that it was just a bruise because she wanted me to spend more than it cost for the removal. She said "It is just a bruise" until she saw it was a nail fungus. I called ahead of time and asked her if she took debit cards. She said, "Yes, but the tip should be cash." She tried to convince me to have other services done because she wasn't happy to just receive $15 for the nail polish removal. I need to let my nails heal. She then told me that she wouldn't take a debit card. I said, "I will pay $25 plus a tip for the service." She dismissed me. She was rude and insinuated that I was not welcome because I didn't pay what she wanted. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

The folks are rude and continually keep talking to one another in their native tongue and pay ZERO attention to you. They sure know how to promote and ask if you "want a more special pedicure". Nails are uneven and poorly painted. I paid with a gift certificate and had a 10.00 bill in my hand for a tip, then she could smile and say thank you in English....NEVER asked if I wanted change, just assumed that it was for her and literally RAN off. I will go to a spa where I RECEIVE the actual service I am paying for. The ONLY reason for 2 stars is that they use a plastic liner. read more

They took me quickly as a walk in, but the technician was unpleasant. He stood and stared at me as I selected a color, swung his lamp directly into my line of sight with a big sign on it that said "CASH TIPS ONLY" and never spoke a word to me the entire time he was doing my nails. i've been coming here for years and overall the selection of colors is good. the place is clean and the owner is nice. some of her employees, however, aren't very kind when you're getting your nails done. i just don't think they do the best acrylic nails ever and i always leave with my acrylics wonky :/ it's unfortunate because i like the prices and i would go there for a fill, but only if i got the initial acrylics put on somewhere else. this past experience really did it for me. i went in to get my nails done to make myself feel better and i left with cuts and the feeling that i wasted money. when he cut me he apologized and then put--what i'm assuming-- was a disinfecting chemical or sort of like a liquid bandaid on my finger. he didn't consult me first with i thought was weird because some people have allergies to things like that. all in all, i wouldn't recommend coming here to get new acrylic nails put on, but they do good fills for a good price. read more

Location location location, right in the little strip next to Piggly Wiggly. They're priced about the same as other nail salons for shellac, a little bit higher priced for pedicure, and after 3pm they're always swamped busy. Their nail techs are usually pretty good, but with shellac I'm sorry but I don't like it when it doesn't cover my entire nail. You'd never be able to tell from a distance, but I know it. That's why they only get 4 stars. The place is always clean, they use all brand new tools with each client and the ambiance is really relaxing. All in all, this is an excellent place to pamper yourself, and the owner is always friendly and welcoming whenever I walk through the door. read more

Made an appointment for noon and Saturday. I understand that it is the holidays, but Ivy (the owner) was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I needed a shellac manicure. After waiting 20 minutes for my appointment I was barely in the chair for 20 minutes. She removed my existing shellac, buffed and quickly filed my nails and then began painting. Didn't even ask me to get up to wash my hands to remove the nail dust that was all over my nails. Just painted right over it. No "manicure" at all. Didn't remove cuticles. Simply slapped on some polish. Three days later there is still paint on my cuticles and the polish doesn't go anywhere near the end of the nail bed. I asked if she would remove my cuticles, any dead skin, etc - she said "We only do that if you need it. Not every time." Well I definitely needed it. I thought maybe she was just going to charge me $15 for a polish change - because that is essentially what she did. Nope. Charged the full price. Clearly they were trying to move people and out Saturday. I will never return. Worst experience I've had in 20 years at a nail salon. read more

Went there with a friend and the reluctantly took us in for a pedi, it was Wednesday before thanksgiving. They were not happy because it was too close to closing. We thanked them and had a good time regardless. We wanted a certain color and they didn't have the color so we chose another quickly. Didn't like the colors but we kept positive. We each gave them a $10 tip because we knew that they stayed late for us and we were very perceptive. I came back on Friday after Thanksgiving and they were not busy at all and I asked her if I could get a polish change. She told me it would cost me $30 and I said no I don't want shellac and she said 25. I told her I would pay 10 but she said no way. I left and will never go back!! read more

I'd been going here for 2 years and after the first few visits I always scheduled appointments with Ivy because had poor experiences with the others. The last few months the service & quality of my fills deteriorated which I've found at other nail salons in the past. My last appointment I had 3 nails off due to moving lots of furniture. I asked Ivy to cut the rest shorter but not as much as they'd grown out. She spent most of my appt. on the phone and not paying attention to my nails. All are now different lengths - one so short it barely goes past my fingertip. Went back today & she was rude, told me I'd never told her about length & said there was a camera right behind her - did I want to see the recording. When I said YES she ignored me & continued to make excuses & say they were all fine except the ONE but she couldn't do anything about it. do not come here. i am fuming. they painted the wrong color on my nails after i waited (not even on a busy night) for an hour???? um????? employees could not even find the color i requested.... so they just GUESSED the color and put it on my nails. $30 and two hours of my life that i'll never get back. p.s. i feel like i have contracted at least 12 illnesses by now just from coming in contact with any surface in the store. not once did they push back my cuticles, either. nice people work there tho lol. however i am still livid nonetheless. beware. at this point i plan to purchase the correct colors myself and paint over this disaster of a manicure. read more

Terrible Shellac job. When they were done with my nails, I had gel on my skin around the nails, let alone excessive amounts of gel that pooled in the areas where skin and nail come together. Needless to say, not going there again. They do average job on fake nails though, somehow painting is not problematic in those cases. read more

Very pushy owner. rushes and terrible service if you did not get the ultra services that they pushed. Uses an accent when trying to push services and then heard her talking normal at other times. Like she intimidates the clients to pick more expensive services and acts dumb like she cannot understand you or you feel dumb because you cannot understand her. Then she talks normal at other times....Very poor poor poor customer service. I will never go there again...... should of listened to others who said not to go there but it is close to my work... read more
