I called asking if they took walk-in's...luckily for me they did and I was sitting in Quincy's chair getting a mani, within 10 minutes. Her mom Mary did my pedi. This is 1 of two places I always go to. Pretty good pedicure. Nice staff. Pricing is average to everywhere else. They do a good job on the callus removal which is something I always need help with. I wish I could give more stars because my toe nails do always turn out great but I took a star off since they are understaffed but still have people wait, there is only one girl going finger nails and 2 people doing pedis but only one can paint. They are multi tasking so it sometimes takes awhile. Another star gone because they do not massage your feet despite it being a pedicure, they just rub a bunch of lotion on your legs. Don't get me wrong it feels good but when I get a pedi it's because I've had a long week and I want my FEET rubbed, not my leg. Over all my toes do come out looking great but with the new price increase I'd expect a little more attention to the feet. read more

I still really like this place, they do great work on both hands and feet. However, since they have gotten so busy now, they aren't always so attentive. I made an appointment for myself and two others for a set of fake gel nails and although there were maybe 3 other people there, we only had 1-2 nail techs assisting us even though there were 5 additional workers. 2 were sitting in the message chairs behind us on their phones. They would start on one person, then jump between the three of us which made the appt really long. At one point, one of the nail techs working on my friend (who has never gotten fake nails so was a little nervous and wanting to ask questions) took out her phone and started talking to someone on speaker for 10 mins - really unprofessional. Then when I went to get them taken off, they were really aggressive. They took off the fake nails by shoving another fake nail under the ones on my fingers. It was painful and after a week my nails are still weak, thin, brittle, and tender to the touch. read more

This place is wonderful. I was in town for a wedding and had some free time to get my nails done (gel manicure). As soon as I walked in they treated me like a friend versus a client. While conversating they found out my fiance was in the truck waiting on me to get done. So one of the employees or owner ran outside to go get him so he could relax in the pedicure chair, while I was getting my nails done. I'm from a major city in Ohio and WISH I could find a nail salon like this one. Many conversations, many laughs, and VERY reasonably priced. I just can't say enough good things about it. Very sweet, helpful, and patient staff! I've been to a few nail salons that just want to get the most bang for their buck and I was pleased to find out this salon isn't pushy. They're affordable, lots of color choices and the staff is amazing! The only downside is that they are always busy now and understaffed. I was looking forward to checking out this new nail salon and when my friend and I visited it the day after their grand opening, I was not disappointed! All of the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They were very attentive right down to the little details such as offering to help us pick out a good nail color and providing bottled water. As part of their grand opening, they had a 20% off special (awesome!) and gave me a pretty nail design, no extra charge. Good prices, horrible service. I was sitting down, waiting for some friends to get their nails done, and it was 1 1/2 hours for 3 people. As i was waiting, one technician dropped her glasses in a customers foot soak, said sorry, and then RINSED THEM OFF IN THE FOOT SOAK! I love this place! Owner, Quinn, is very nice with a great sense of humor. All the techs are friendly and do good work. They can be very busy at times but aren't all nail salons?!? I used to go to a different salon where the owner would do my nails. He drove me crazy because he was constantly watching his techs. Amazingly nice staff and price but I could have done a better job. After cutting my nails the woman shaped my nails so quickly that I could see chunks of my nails breaking off. After she put the first clear coat of polish on, she put my polish color on 2 nails then grabbed the file again and shaped almost every nail leaving powder and chunks in the wet paint. She was moving so quickly that she messed up 2 nails but just put an even heavier coat on top. None of the paint is touching my cuticles and my nail polish has many ripples from the insane amount of polish on them. My nails are also snagging on my clothing because nothing is smooth. read more

I had an appointment for 4pm for a pedicure and although I was soaking in the tub right away, no one worked on me for over 30 minutes. They were busy and there were a lot of techs there but they were all busy. However, that's why I made an appointment. Aside from the wait time, which didn't please me, the pedicure I got was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and did a great job on my nails. They were very thorough and I walked out feeling good about my pedicure. I would give them another try but if the timeliness of the appointment didn't improve, I wouldn't go back. read more

I decided to treat myself for my birthday this past week and the reviews on Yelp for Creative Nails were raving so I made an appointment to check them out. They accept walk-ins, but when I got there I was happy to have made an appointment. They were busy but greeted me, had me pick out my color and within moments of me picking my color I was in a pedicure chair. A lady came and did the spa-type stuff to my feet and during that process I had someone else come and do the maintenance on my fingernails. I felt like a queen being pampered like that! After all the prepping and primping someone came to paint my toes. She was very knowledgeable and since the color I had picked out was going to take a bajillion coats to show up, she found a color that matched what I had picked out for an undercoat. Fantastic idea! This meant we only had to do 2 coats of polish! Then we moved over to do my nails. From the time I picked out my color to the time I got them done I switched from regular to gel so I needed a different kind. The lady who was helping me brought multiple different colors that were similar to what I had originally picked out and didn't mind at all when I was being super picky about the colors. She did a great job applying the color. They offer a free design on your big toe and ring finger, which I took them up on. It's crazy how talented they are free handed! The cost was reasonable for what I got- $60 for the mid-level pedicure and a gel manicure. I don't get my nails done often, but the next time I need them done I will go back here for sure. read more

The first time I went it was just me in the salon and the woman did a really good job. She did up charge me to do the dip nails but I didn't mind because I planned on coming in for a fill in the future. The second time I went in the man did an awful job I got charged the same amount for a fill as a new set because of this dipping powder all of my nails are different lengths with the thumbs being super short I won't ever go again. read more

The people in '16-'17 were great, but my main complaint is their time managment, my friend and I use to come in all the time, (one whole year every 3 weeks) the first couple times they got us out in (what we thought) was a reasonable time (2-4 hours). We've waited 8 hours before because they'll start on your nails and then go focus on the people with appointments so you feel like you can't leave. My nails have held up normally I would go in every 3 weeks to get a new set and 7/10 I would only need to fix 2-3 nails. I've had incidents where I've started bleeding, it was ignored and lightly laughed over, Peter I think his name was. I have also left many times unhappy with the shaping of my nails ( I would ask for almond shape) and it would turn out lob sided and uneven. the reason I went back was because the original people had the best customer service. read more

I have been going here for over 1 1/2 years and never had an issue until I went this week. As I was getting a fill there were several times when the gal was using the drill too close to my cuticles and it was starting to hurt. She did stop when I told her but the damage had been done. I now have inflamed, red, scabbed cuticles on three of my fingers on my left hand because they started to bleed. They are really painful now as they got worse over time. The gal did notice one cuticle bleeding and was very apologetic. Since I have been loyal to Creative Nails for this long I will give it one more chance but things seemed to have gone downhill since there is new ownership. read more

I love getting my pedicures here. All of the staff there are extremely nice. It's usually pretty busy, so make sure you make a reservation. However, no matter how busy it is, they make sure to take their time. If you get a shellac pedicure, the polish lasts a very long time. I highly recommend this place. read more

Been coming here for a year and everyone was always great! Use to wait a long time, but left with good quality nails. Now the service is faster but not friendly environment anymore, and the service you get now is awful. I was there today for a pedicure and left unhappy, my daughter went tonight after I told her not to because I believe it changed ownership. She is also very disappointed with her nails and her toes. Andy was always so nice, knowledgeable about what he was doing, always get free designs, remembered his regular customers! And now no one there is the same. Andy and his wife had a great business! I know a lot of people that are talking about if they are coming back and when, but I don't think they are coming back. Listen, i've had bad service...but this takes the cake. this has got to be the worst place i've spent my money at. me and my friend went here to have a fun day and what we left with, was certainly an experience. my friend was sitting next to me and her lady kept blowing her burps in her face. my lady kept going on her phone and did not listen to me when i pointed out an issue with my nails. we both got acrylic nails and when i told her the shape wasn't as round as i wanted, she shrugged. i had told her multiple times that she had put my nails on either crooked or very upright, and she didn't care and continued talking with her co-worker who was still, blowing burps into my friends face. i will include pictures of my nails to show you just how horrible the work is. not to mention the amounts of cuts they both left us with...and trust me, i was vocal about what they were doing. i still had to pay the hefty amount of $45 dollars which was ROBBERY!!! I called the salon after my appointment with nearby salon canceled on me due to their own overbooking issues, and I was able to get in within 15 minutes of calling! Super friendly staff, clean, and efficient. $20 for complete gel manicure - with free design on each ring finger. Removal is also free for gel polish. I can't wait to go back! read more

Was there today for a fill and it took 2.5 hours which I didn't appreciate. This place is always busy so go when you have time to kill. However still giving 4 stars because the people are always very nice and do an amazing job. My gel nails have never broken like they have at other salons and they are always smooth and well shaped. My first experience here was great, however I can't say the same about my second visit. It was a Friday afternoon and I understood that the salon was busy. There were three ladies ahead me who were helped and seated right away. I told the nail tech. that I wanted a shellac manicure done and asked how long the wait was going to be. She took a look at my nails and saw that I currently had old shellac on my nails which needed to be soaked off first, however proceeded to tell me that it was going to be a 15 minute wait before they could get me seated - totally fine. I was more than happy to wait my turn. 20 minutes go by and I'm approached by a different nail tech. who asked me if I had been helped. Because this salon is much smaller, she kindly seated me into a pedicure chair and began to soak my nails for me....unfortunately that's as far as I got. I sat in the pedicure chair and soaked my nails for an entire HOUR. After that hour went by, ANOTHER different nail tech. came to me and finally removed my shellac. At this point, I was upset and didn't care to get my nails done anymore. What's ridiculous is that although the nail techs. around me knew I was patiently waiting my turn, other customers who came into the salon after me were helped and assisted right away. What also got me upset is that the nails techs were speaking in their Native tongue (about me) which I understood. Pretty damn rude if you tell me. I will NEVER be returning back here to get my nails done ever again. Seems as if all they care about is seating customers who will give them the most money in their pockets. And it's shitty how there seems to be a rotation that goes on with nail techs working on your nails. This makes the work done on your nails seem inconsistent. My daughter and I walked in to this beautiful new salon last week, and it was awesome. They had only been open for three days and I was blown away with how nice everything was! I counted twelve gorgeous pedicure chairs, many manicure stations, and the salon was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I got the deluxe pedicure and a shellac manicure and it was fabulous! My ten year old daughter had a manicure and she asked for designs, and while I am not a fan of them in general, I must admit these were really well done. The owners had relocated from somewhere else in WI, and you could tell they are experienced and very professional. Most importantly, they were so nice, really enthusiastic and genuinely happy to be in the Green Bay area. A nail salon like this is a gem, really stands out from others I have visited. I went in for a gel manicure appointment and I just got my nails painted. I was surprised at how rushed they were. They just painted my nails without the manicure part. I have been going here since they have opened and the last 4 or 5 times I have gone the service has been fair at best. This time was the last straw and I will not be coming back here again. While I was there to have my shellac removed they left the remover on my nails so long it burned my fingers, then cracked one of my nails and addressed neither of them.
