After being on the road in our campervan for more than five weeks, I badly needed a pedicure before a wedding. Reviews for local nail salons seem to be all over the place - either five star or one or many years old so took a chance on this place and it was a pleasant experience. Clean and well-lit; I especially appreciated that it didn't have the overwhelming polish remover smell associated with some salons. I chose the $40 pedicure (one up from the basic, can't remember what it was called). I thought the leg massage part was a little brief but other than that, the pedicure was fine. Just traveling through so can't make it a regular but glad I could get my toes attended to! read more

I had the guy do a fill with gel nail polish and he didn't ask how I wanted my nails shaped or anything, he rushed my nails and they are too thick and look sloppy. He continually stopped to look at his phone and said nothing to me the whole time. For$45, I would suggest any other nail place or maybe just any other technician. read more

I've been to Vivi nails a few times. I like that even when they have appointments for other people, they still are able to fit in walk ins. I tried them out after a friend told me about them as I was admiring her nail color. I've taken my 11 & 13 year old daughter's to get gel nails while I enjoy a pedicure. The staff is friendly. They're always trying to upsell, but I would too. They've got a wide selection of colors, more then other similar nail salons which I like. There are a few things that I wish could be done better. One of those things is the massages they give for the pedicures is mediocre as the best. The other problem I have is that the gel nails chip within a week. I wish they lasted longer, because they're supposed to. Other then those 2 things I have no other complaints. The salon is clean, it's welcoming, it's bright and sanitary. They always do an excellent job making my feet presentable. I would recommend this nail salon. read more

Pricing is great, $45 for acrylic with gel polish, $16 for a manicure! Great location & they accept cash we went when they were busy, but we didn't have to wait very long. But there were only 2 people working there on a Saturday. The man doing my acrylics was a little rough with the file but my nails turned out alright! It's been two days & my nail is starting to crack & my thumb is crooked. They are hard to understand, but the woman working was very nice. The only thing I wish is they had more color choices in gel colors, because there were very few to choose from. read more

Worst experience ever! Me and two of my friends made appointments and they still weren't able to do all of our nails in a timely manner. They had 2 nail techs switching between all 3 of us. Leaving one of friends to wait over an hour to get her nails painted. Mind you we had an appointment! The nails were horrible my polish was smeared and all my nails were different sizes and he kept saying because my nails were shaped that way (not true). Would never go back ever. read more

Had a wonderful pedicure here last weekend and I wish I lived closer so I could have them more often. My appointment time was honored, unlike so many other nail salons that will try to squeeze every walk-in in despite having customers that called ahead for a specific time. The staff was so friendly!! They did a great job getting the dry skin off of my heels and the ingrown toenail that I struggle with constantly. Nice selection of colors and a very clean establishment. I love when a place is still using the scraper in your feet that looks like a grater to make sure it's extra smooth! I didn't see them wash the pedi bowl after I was on to my mani (and a man after me actually questioned if it was washed), which makes me concerned for the cleanliness- but the mani and pedi were great. read more

Went for a pedicure, it is a nice environment and they did a good job, however for the price paid which is $30 for a normal spa pedicure I would have liked the person who did it to spend more time. They pretty much just breezed through it as fast as possible to get to the next person. Also only said one sentence to me the whole time. I'll start with my seemingly rushed and poor execution of my manicure. I decided to try something out of the box and get white with some sparkling orange on the tips. (To match my toes.) The white coat is alright, maybe uneven a little but nothing major, then the orange tips...(Which apparently costs an extra $5.) They look uneven and crooked. I know now that I should have said something before leaving and only paid for my pedicure but I'm not someone to confront people. The pedicure was the only good part, which is why they get 2 stars instead of just 1 star. It was relaxing and enjoyable. I got the plus spa pedicure which was $25 and had sea salt scrub, hot towel and massage. In conclusion, I will never go back here. I asked for a simple design and was utterly disappointed. read more

I usually go to Vivi Nails for my nails, well I had my first pedicure there, and OMGOSH, it was the best pedicure I've ever had! I must tell you now I had the deluxe, but it was so worth it! I was in 7th Heaven!!! It was so awesome, I was so relaxed I was like putty in that chair!!! I've never had hot stones with a pedicure, this was a first and I totally loved it! Was in town for the day. Went for deluxe mani-pedi and had bf go for pedi. He reports having had a very thorough (she spent an hour) and professional experience. He says one of his best pedicures except for chair being broken so wouldn't sit more upright. When I look at his feet they look like a baby's butt instead of the dried, cracked mud ground they usual appear as. My experience was great! She was attentive to detail and professional. Lots of steps to the deluxe pedicure, which was nice, although I wish there was a bit more deliberate nature to the massage parts, which felt more like wiping lotions, etc on and rubbing in. Not impressed. I've been spoiled by my providers at home. When I got to the salon, I asked if they did the dipping powder. They do! But, NO, I can't get it today. Need to come back tomorrow. Didn't say, he was sorry they couldn't accommodate, just no. Simply not enough people working and others were turned away while I was there. The guy who did my pedicure didn't bother to change the wet towel on the foot-stand and seemed like he really hated his job. The pedicure was okay, I wouldn't say fantastic because he was rough, but a salon service is supposed to be a treat. This certainly wasn't. read more

I'm writing this while I am getting my pedicure. After sitting with my feet soaking for 15 minutes the guy who is going to do my pedicure gets started. After filing my nails he wraps my legs in hot towels and leaves. After about 10 minutes I ask the woman doing my friend's pedicure, "where did my guy go?" She says, "oh, he's eating lunch." Are you kidding me! At this point my legs are freezing and I am over-the-top annoyed! He's back now. Painting my nails. If I were not here with a friend I would have left when I heard he had left to eat. I've never experienced anything like this. I get to my appointment, a man starts doing my nails right after smoking his cig and did not wash his hands - also did my full set in about 20 mins and he leaves without finishing. My nails were so uneven, didn't have the shape I wanted at all and the polish job was not great either. There were spots missing and polish left on the side of my fingers. I left not happy at all and went straight to my normal nail salon and paid to have my color changed, nails filed to the shape I actually wanted and overall make them look presentable! I had a great experience at this place. I was visiting my mom from Minneapolis and received better service at ViVi's than I have anywhere at home. The place was very clean, the owners were super friendly and did the nicest art work on my toes! They also didn't want to talk my ear off the whole time which I usually find annoying at most places. My dad and I went in for pedicures and manicures. The husband and wife team opened the shop early for our 9 am appointment. I called to schedule and it was very easy. At 10 am, their normal business hours, 3 customers came in. They had another staff member join them at 10 am. The treatments were excellent and foot and leg massage relaxing. My dad's toes really needed some work and ViVi nails made his toes look healthy once more. It was very relaxing and comfortable experience. We highly recommend this salon. read more

I was on the road from Florida. My nails were almost a month out. I looked on Yelp for Green Bay and the reviews for this place sounded good. I asked the owner if he did liquid gel and he did. So I thought let's give it a shot. I was so pleased with the time and detail he spent on my nails. Beautiful! And his wife did my polish to perfection. Liquid gel takes more time and effort but I had developed an allergic reaction to acrylic several months ago. I was so pleased to find this wonderful salon. read more
