I had a fabulous 1st visit at this salon! My previous nail technician that I had gone to for 17 years got sick and was gone for a long time. This was the only salon I could find in the Green Bay area to do acrylic nails and form my tips with acrylic as my past technician. I didn't want to do dip nails. Ty was the name of the gentleman that worked with me. He looked at my hands and knew immediately what I wanted. They look great! Totally recommend to ALL! read more

My stylist was very nice. Didnt really learn much during my session. The cut seems to have made my hair more frizzy and curl pattern drooped by the time I got home worse then when I went into the salon. Didnt get much instructions on products to use. A little disappointed. Will be cutting my own hair from now on. read more

Austin did an amazing Ouidad cut for me! I have never had a better haircut in my life! He cut about 5 inches off and layered my curls so they are bouncy and coiled. Not sure how he did it, but he is magic...not to mention really nice~ read more

My wife didn't want to write a review but I had to. 1) She was quoted over the phone $85 and then an additional $30 for one color. Final bill was $150. The stylist said I have no idea who would have told you. 2) My wife showed the stylist a picture of blond hair with brown highlights and she received an hombre instead. 3) Her cut was uneven and not layered correctly. I'm a guy and could see that. 4) The owner had her come back in and the same lady tried to "fix" her hair with the owner guiding her. Epic fail. 5) Not once was there an apology. I could live with a bad experience if somebody would have apologized. 6) My wife asked for some money off due to her problems and the owner gave her two travel size bottles of product. For shame. The owner had a chance at adding a lifelong client but failed miserably. Be very careful at this place. read more

I have been meaning to write this since I got my "man pedi" (no, not mani-pedi) in December. I am traveling to Green Bay once a month and realized I could use some time to relax after a week of work and before the holidays. I called and took my appointment. I arrived to find a really nice place - very professional staff, large enough to accommodate a bunch of people. I was turned over to Juliana R for the foot care. She is AMAZING. Such a great personality, very professional, did a great job, and treated me well. Usually when I get a pedi I sit on my phone but I ended up having a long conversation with Juliana - very engaging. The cost is higher than I am used to paying, but for her service, totally worth it. read more

This was my first time going to Elements Salon and Spa and I was very hesitant at first. First off, its very hard to find a stylist that is able to achieve what you're looking for whether it be a haircut or hair color. I did have to wait a little because the stylist was running behind but I was very impressed with my haircut. Overall good experience! I started going to Elements because my hair dresser moved over to them. The first time I went to get my hair done I was really impressed by the place, it was really clean and the girls were all full. The lobby area is really nice, plenty of room to sit down and the furniture is in really good condition, I've seen some that looked like it should have gone out to the curb. They have a great variety of hair products that you can purchase and they are arranged nicely in the lobby area with plenty of room to walk around and see what they have. On one occasion I couldn't get my girl so I had to make an appointment with whoever was open and so when I went, I brought a picture of myself with my hair done by my normal girl and she did everything in her power to make sure my hair looked just like the picture, I was impressed by how well she did, it wasn't perfect but it was very close. I would go back to her any time my girl is going to be gone again, she was the best. I think all of the women who work there are pretty darn good and they all seem happy. It's nice to walk into a place where the workers are in a good mood and they are happy to see you, you don't get that too much these days. I recommend it to anyone who needs a good hair cut and they want to be treated like a human being. read more

I came in to get my hair done for a wedding. I had this style in mind. Unfortunately, I also knew my long curly locks would have to be straightened to achieve the style. When I told my stylist that she'd have to straighten my hair to get the style, she looked nervous. My hair took the longest of all the bridesmaids and turned out beautifully. I was very happy with the attention to detail and stylists creativity in getting my hair to do what most people would think impossible. Nice work!! read more

I also wanted my hair cut shorter and I didn't get anything cut off the length or my hair thinned. She just did what she wanted. The cut for naturally curly hair did nothing for my hair!
