This place is a breath of fresh air. At first glance it appears similar to other nail places in the area. Next thing you know, you're being offered complimentary water, soda, and red or white wine (coffee is available as well, for a fee). Then you're handed a menu with a variety of services. An actual menu, not just a sheet of paper listing 3 different types of services. I also liked how they had the pedicure are separate from the manicure area. It made it feel more private. The gentleman who did my pedicure didn't do a mediocre job at the massage portion of my pedicure. He used pressure, spending a good 10 minutes on the massage. The acrylic nails my daughter got cost $5 more than most places, but they also looked better than they have at previous places. I recommend this place above all the others! read more

Didn't clean my hands after, I left with dusty hands, no cream, nothing. I will never ever go back. Will not recommend it to my worst enemy. A friend and I were in for pedicures on 6/6/25 and we came in just before 5pm and they close at 7pm. This allowing for services over two hours before close. We thought that would be more than enough time to not get too close to the closing part of the day. 5-6 more customers came in after we started our pedicures. Unfortunately, it was one of our worst experiences there and we have been going spa for five or six years. We are disappointed in the service and the outcome. Our gels nails didn't seem to be even set properly, they were tacky and soft. During the service the techs left multiple times with multiple disruptions. Left to go to the front desk, take phone call on bluetooth, to get another customer on a pedicure chair and start their service, left to do something, but simple not to just give us the dividend attention to sit and complete the service. Very disjoined services. There was a 3 min leg massage and the one tech didn't appear to change her gloves in-between myself and my friend. Then when leaving it was confusing as to who we had to pay. We really have enjoyed our time there in the past and it is not very often we get time to get our nails done or time to get the opportunity for self-care. We would have been fine waiting a longer time if it meant having a quality service. We would have also understood if they were too busy and couldn't accommodate for us or the people that came in after us. There is nothing wrong with knowing your staff is at an max capacity or saying the books are filled and to return another time. That would have been the better scenario. All the actions resulted in poor service and it came off overall as unprofessional. To add, also they cut the nail around the big toe in way that it hurts and aches for several days to even have a regular shoe on. This is the second time this is happened at the spa. I cannot recommend their services anymore and in the past referred people to go there. I hope that they can improve their client experience and the way the place operates, but we won't be returning. read more

Let me start by saying that I really really wanted to like this place--it's beautiful on the inside and is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. My nail tech was very friendly and took my coat and helped me into the chair. The sea salt scrub and leg/foot massage she gave felt awesome and were quite long (probably 10 minutes). However, my nails were cut so unbelievably short that it will be a miracle if I don't get multiple ingrown toenails. She cut so much off the sides of my toenails that I'm in pain today, and it hurts to put weight on my feet or wear shoes. A few of my toenails even bled slightly because of how they were cut. I had pretty bad calluses on my feet as well, and I don't feel that they were properly removed. I tried to tell my nail tech to stop cutting my nails so short but communication was difficult due to a language barrier. This place would be awesome if nail techs were reminded the proper way to cut and shape toenails. read more

I will start off with the fact that the spa is insanely unsanitary to the point i almost walked out upon arrival. My technician went on her phone right in front of me, The shape of the nails on each hand are different and also different in length. I went here on the recommendation from a friend. While it is beautiful inside, its tense and you do not feel welcome. I stoped without an appointment and I could tell them did not appreciate that. Then, make your services, "by appointment only." They we're very rude when they showed me the polish colors - almost Iike it was a chore for them to show me what they had. The young man who did my nails was very nice and did a decent job, but for what I paid and the lack of feeling welcome, I'll be returning to my old nail place instead. Check your credit card because the price they tell you is not the price they charge. My pedicure was $47 on the menu. Once my service was done she said she would check me out and said $47, when she came back with my card it was $52 on the slip and when I asked she said it is $5 extra for the OPI polish I chose... my pedicure was great but this just isn't right. I felt taken advantage of. Don't say you're running my card for x amount and 30 seconds later act like you didn't just charge me an extra $5. I treated my daughter-in-law to an SNS dip and what we got was a service they named SNS dip (and charged $45 for ) because they do a clear base dip then put gel polish on top! We had our nails done on Friday and by Sunday, the gel polish started peeling. When I asked the "technician" about why they were doing a gel polish she said the powder comes out rough compared to the gel polish. "Wait, didn't you notice how smooth my nails were before you started soaking them..? I did ask if they even had the color dipping powders, she had to ask the owner--a handful of gaudy, sparkly, cheap-looking powders tucked in a drawer. After they finally noticed us, they directed me to a pedicure station and had my daughter sit in the chair next to me to wait while my pedicure was done. After my pedicure was done, they moved us both to a nail station. The entire time our nail technicians we're working on our nails, they were both very obviously on their phones. The leg message was nice, but honestly, I could've done the same job at home. My daughter's acrylic nails looked obviously fake. I've definitely seen her do a better job on herself with an acrylic set she bought from the store! I get they were understaffed and trying to rush because we were still there after they were supposed to be closed (probably wouldn't have been if they didn't make us wait so long I'm the first place), but the end results were sloppy. So for those counting I left bleeding in 3 different locations. It hurts to the point that I cannot wear shoes 4 days later. I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone. I visited this salon while I was in town visiting family. I had looked up the website and they offer many different services which seemed great. I entered the door and right away they asked if I had an appt, which I did, but I barely heard them since I was still basically in the doorway. After reading some of the reviews on this place, I guess that makes sense. The pedicure menu was really great and they bring out a selection of different salts and lotions which was nice. You can also order a tea from the cafe in the building and they will bring it to you. The only weird thing was that my technician got up after doing part of my pedicure and just left? I think she was done with her shift but no one said anything to me and I was left to wait for about ten minutes until I asked someone if I could get my pedicure finished. Super weird. I also got a manicure without any polish and they still charged me $26 for it, which I felt was a bit too much. I was a frequent customer when they were still USA Nails, but then my nail technician ended up leaving so I followed her. The only reason I went to Sense Spa this time around was because I had a gift card. I called for an appt for 3 people at 11:30AM for 7PM that night, walked in, naturally they all looked confused and while we are picking out our colors, Ryan's wife asked me if I booked my appt with him. Instantly I assumed he didn't mark me down, but he had no choice but to get us in anyway. We then sit down for our overpriced pedicures. My one friend had hers started 20-30 minutes before mine and my other friend, but somehow we all finished at the same time. The massages were pathetic from each of our nail techs and they had to warm the bowl water numerous times because of how long we had to wait. The atmosphere is clean and nice and my nails usually turn out pretty good BUT if your looking for great customer service this is not the place. My first appointment the man was on phone trying to buy a lot to build a home and taking calls for a future appointments while doing my nails . I was a little put back but scheduled a pedicure for a week later. I paid extra for a longer leg massage ( my favorite part ). As I was getting my pedicure he was taking calls again and writing down appointments in the middle of my massage. I just went back again for my last time. I made my appointment a few days in advance. The owner walked in and took everyone before me and I was stuck with a girl trying to do 2 peoples nails at same time !! I have been going on and off to these folks for years now, even at their old location as USA Nails across the street. Their prices have always been incredibly competitive, and the quality of service is outstanding for the price. Great value. I've never been disappointed with a manicure or a pedicure I've received either at USA Nails or at the Sense Spa. I love what they have done with their new location as far as the remodel, the addition of a coffee and tea shop, as well as offering new services like massage, etc. I love that it's a super relaxing environment versus a traditional nail salon where you walk in and get slapped in the face with the smell of chemicals. I also really like that on my days off, what I do want to get a manicure or pedicure, they are very kid friendly and will make room for my toddler to be able to come with me.
