Your website is godawful. The booking site and site with full info about services are completely separate. There are only a handful of services available with no info about what falls under these services. I booked 90 minutes of massage thinking I could call and let them know that it's actually a couples massage only to find out there are "no providers available" and that I'd be charged for the full time if I didn't show. It's ridiculous how old and outdated the website is, and how rigid and unfair the staff is when working around it. Is cancellation a major part of your business' income? I shouldn't have to deal with shit like this on a website that looks like it was built by a 14 year old in 2006. It's 2024 why are you so lazy and greedy? Shame on all of you. read more

Bravo! Incredibly impressed with this spa! My sister came to visit for her birthday and I scheduled a massage for us both. They had Covid procedures in place and we felt comfortable the entire time. Love this place. I have been seeing Margaret for facials for about a year now and she has done wonders for my skin. She turned me on to a simple skin care regiment that is working and never pushes too many products. Additionally she is a fantastic person and fun to spend an time with. Josh and Kim were very good. I had shoulder/back problems and he helped me a lot with it. Told him I've been having problems and he knew what to do. He gave me tips on how to heal better and take care of the issue more. He told me to come back so he can work on me more and it seems very genuine of him. Eyelash techs are nice but they ruined my lashes, thank God they grew back. I always felt like something was off and I went to someone else I found thru a friend and she took one look and said I need to take them off because they're put on wrong, glued to more then one lash and too long for my lashes which all can and did damage my lashes. I did everything I was and wasn't supposed to do with my lashes either, I did a lot of research and if they're on right they should be getting damaged. Never again. read more

I enjoyed a wonderful 60 min massage here a couple weeks ago and it was great. The staff was helpful and professional from arranging the appointment to the time I walked out the door. I wish I would have gotten the deep tissue instead of the regular, but that's on me! The environment and service most certainly met or exceeded my expectations. I am not a Green Bay native, so I picked it off of yelp with no references, and chose it because it was a little less pricey than another place I called, and got a great check-in special discount (yay-yelp). I was in Green Bay on a business trip and wanted to keep my massage regimen up. I asked a local colleage at the the office where he would recommend I go. She said she goes to new place not far from the office and recommend it. I tried to book online my appointment, but the site was down, so I called. I was able to book an appointment same day, which was great, and drove over ay my appointed time. The spa was great and the staff was knowledgable and helpful. A great massage. I have been going to this spa for massage and facials for the past 4 years. The pricing is great for the services received and the atmosphere is more upscale then a salon but less formal than a day spa. I also enjoy that they don't shove product in your face while your in a massage blissed out state. Nothing ruins my zen more than overpriced lotion! I was back in town again, and couldn't wait to get my massage. Since my last visit to Elite, the spa has changed again. They have added new treatment rooms, a make-up area and all new furniture in a sitting area. I am so happy to see they are doing well as this is a great spa and one that I feel caters nicely to men. I don't feel intimidated. Pricing is very fair, in fact, I kidded that with their success they would probably be raising their rates. LOL. But they said, good customers are always welcome and we are willing to do something special for. What great customer service. My wife and I had a couples massage. With slinging a nine-month old daughter around every second, we where ready for some healing. The receptionist was very professional. I have to say the she exceeded my expectations, just a doll on the phone. When we arrived, everyone was polite, and they served us tea, nice. The tea was cold, bummer. We where greeted by our massage therapists, who escorted us into our room. We had a traditional massage, in hindsight I should have asked for a deep tissue. My gal spent too much time on my feet and face, I guess that's the spa experience, I would have preferred less of that. At the end they gave us feedback, great. However, they also seemed to want to sell product a bit too much. Costco spa card got us 20% off. That's why we went. read more

My husband and I decided to get a couple's massage on our trip here to Green Bay. My husband had never had a massage and I was excited for him to have this relaxing experience. The price for the 60 minute massage is pretty standard. Upon entering the business, it is instantly relaxing and comforting. The lighting is dimmed, which instantly makes you feel relaxed. There is a seating area to wait in the outer room and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. We were offered water or tea immediately while filling out our paperwork. We were given time to change into very cozy robes and sandals before our massage. The rooms for the massages are very chic, clean. And inviting. The two girls who gave our massages were very professional and nice, and did an excellent job. I appreciated that at the end of the massage after we got dressed and came out of the room that we were immediately given water and that they took the time to talk to is about any problem areas we had, and gave suggestions for helping these. Overall, it was an excellent experience and my husband really enjoyed it. One thing that would have been nice is a bathroom to shower or clean up after the massage, but that did not detract from the experience. read more

I booked the 'Indulge Me' package, which includes a 30 minute massage, rose petal foot soak, hot tea, and 30 minute facial. In my opinion, this was the best introduction to the spa and their services. I had never been to a spa before, so I told the staff that and they were incredibly helpful, hospitable, and professional throughout the process of making the appointments, answering questions, providing treatments, and making recommendations. I work as a registered nurse and can recognize and appreciate that perfect blend of professionalism and personalization - truly every member of the Elite Aesthetics team demonstrated that demeanor. Each time I come here, I wonder why I go anywhere else. I buy massages and facials on Groupon because they're cheap and you get what you pay for: a so-so massage in a creepy building or a hair salon. This salon is the real deal. They don't do hair, they are just a spa. I go to Stella. She is not for your first time massage. She is your "I'm going to get every knot out no matter what I have to do" type of masseuse. Sometimes it's actually a little painful. When you're done, you will never feel more relaxed. I've gotten many, many different treatments there from hot stone massage, a spa party with lunch, facials, microdermabrasion, etc. I'm not going to waste my money going anywhere else anymore. read more

I was here from out of town for the weekend and found this on yelp. Both services I received, a massage and a facial, where wonderful. The only downside is that there is no restroom within the spa. You have to step outside into the hallway to use the restroom. I would have preferred to have a shower and an area to fix my make up after the facial. My wife and I had a couples' massage based upon a Yelp discount. This was my first ever, though my wife has had some in the past; this was both of our first times at this spa. The receptionist was very friendly which made for a nice welcome. The massage therapists were also friendly and delivered good service overall. There is always a bit of awkwardness with places that need to up sell the products they use. Also, whispering is overdone which also makes it seem that the the providers lack confidence. I had my first facial and waxing appointment at Elite recently and had a VERY positive experience. The receptionist was very helpful when booking my appointment and was warm and welcoming when I arrived. The space itself is quiet and relaxing. Margaret was the technician I had and she was phenomenal. She is very professional and knows what she's doing. I'd highly recommend asking for her. She did recommend some facial products that she used during my facial. Some may feel pressured to buy so be aware but the reason I went was to find help for my skin so I was glad for the help and did purchase what she recommended. read more

The spa is comfy, beautifully decorated and smells amazing. Beautiful spa music playing softly while you get your massage really helps you relax. I have been getting my eyelashes done for years! I decided to try a new place and come to elite. I got my eyelashes done on a Tuesday night, i am very specific in what i want, close to the lash line, not too long, i make sure i communicate this to optimize their opportunity to succeed. the lashes were almost 100% gone come Thursday, they were so far off of my lash line they pulled my lashes down resulting in my natural lashes pulling and being tangled. I went in to get them fixed, during getting them fixed the lash artist "educated" me to not wear mascara, to not put oil based remover on my face, thing someone who has been getting their lashes done for years would know. I was being scolded. So we almost finish the lashes and she realized she glued my eye shut, so she literally rips my eye lid open resulting in loss of bottom lashes. Now my eye lashes are long and look like spider legs. My goal i expressed was fullness, i have a fine amount of natural lashes and i was treated as if i had no idea what i was talking about. I will never go back. I asked for my money back and was turned away. Now I'm stuck with awful lashes and out $200 read more
