Very friendly. It's a more calming experience than when you go to a hair salon. My eyebrows look great! I will be recommending this place :)

Before the owner says that I've got the wrong place because I am not in their "system". You got…read morethat right! I will never be or want to be in their system. I just recently moved here and wanted to get my nails done for Spring Break, trying to find a salon that I would be a loyal customer to. My friend and I went in today, I came in with chipped regular Essie nail polish that I did myself. Never had a problem using nail polish remover from any drug store to remove nail polish. When I mentioned to Cindy and David I was not happy with my cuticles were stained, the excuse was that "it is hard to remove pigmented nail polish". Whilst they should have grade "A" nail supply, they couldn't remove my drug store nail polish. Interesting. Speaking of cuticles, Kevin- one of the employees who was assigned to me- did not push or remove any of the dead skin off my nail. But proceeded to buff it with the nail drill then started to glue on the fake nail and so forth. Kevin was heavy handed, leaving my cuticles raw and bleeding. Made a complaint to David and he tried to fix it, and could not because it hurt so bad. Then Cindy tried to explain it to me like I am not well known to the process of getting my nails done. I am able to recognize what drills are used for what, and she still proceeded to try and justify Kevin's mistake. She said "he doesn't speak good English." But if he had an issue communicating to me, he could've asked any other employee to interpret instead of not saying anything at all! YOU DO NOT NEED TO UNDERSTAND OR SPEAK ENGLISH TO RECOGNIZE PAIN AND DISCOMFORT. Cindy offered me to come back in a few days to fix my cuticles and took 5$ off. I will not be returning. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I also got a pedicure, I don't know the woman's name. She was sweet but she lacked communication as well. My toe nails are filled crookedly and I know that it is not because my toe is crooked. There was enough length for it to be cut and filed straight. Usually nail techs are supposed to asked if the length is okay or if the nail looks okay. But I got none of that. I will not be posting my feet for free on the internet. I had 2 and half hours before closing, the service was rushed. There was another customer- who I assumed is a regular- finished getting her nails done when I was about done with mine. The building was already closed. David had asked the lady if she wanted to get a pedicure and she said "are you sure?" Because the store was closed. There is obvious favoritism. She probably is a regular and David had a relation with her. Cool. But while my nail tech hurt me and rushed, David could've checked up more on other customers instead of only talking to regulars who he called by name and asked about their personal life. Having good relations with regular customers is always a plus in any business. But to attract more would mean to reciprocate that to new ones too. Reading through all the negative reviews on this place and seeing the owner reply, their replies are unprofessional and not in the slightest empathetic. Find somewhere else and save your hands!

I've been here several times just due to lack of options in the area. They are super unhygienic and…read moredon't sanitize between customers, they don't even try to hide it. All their materials look very worn and torn. Everytime I'm there and sitting in the chair I think "I should have done this myself" ... "I'm going to get a nail infection" Last time I was in I asked for a "buff and shine" manicure. I thought this was widely known, but my tech didn't know how to do it, so another tech gave him verbal instructions from across the room while he was doing it. As you can imagine, it didn't turn out well. Between the quality and grossness, it's a no. I will need to plan ahead and make appointments at a legit salon moving forward. Not worth it.
