Truly a luxury experience. We were greeted walking in with warm towels and ashwagandha tea as they went through some of the spa rules and go over your schedule. We did a tour of some of the facilities, were told about the hydrotherapy circuit, then released to the lockers to change to a plush robe and sandals. We had booked a couples massage and made our way up to the massage area. I had a wonderful maternity massage, Tracy made me feel so relaxed and at ease. We were given a little gift then off to enjoy the rest of the facilities. Downstairs, there is a sauna, steam room with plunge pool, relaxation pool, and many chaise lounge chairs with blankets to relax. Upstairs, in a beautiful naturally lit space is the infrared sauna, ice room, and whirlpool. Being pregnant, the facilities are a little limited but I still had a great experience and it was nice to unplug, read a little, and enjoy the little snacks and water throughout. I received the woodsman massage. Let me tell you, it was perfect for everyday aches and pains and sore muscles. I left feeling my muscles stretched and completely serene. The pricing is VERY STEEP, but I would say it is worth it. If you can budget to go once every few months or even for a special occasion, I would highly recommend. We went for my mother's birthday and we had a lovely time. The ambiance is sublime, everything is clean and peaceful. The main level has a waterfall into a Venetian pool, loungers everywhere with fresh towels, infused water and small trail mix snacks. There are 2 saunas, a steam room, cold plunge pool, whirlpool, and ice room, and sleep room spread between two floors, all included if you purchase a service at the spa. Take advantage of the amenities and make a day of it. We stayed there for 6 hours and really felt we got our moneys worth. It's a great place to unplug and relax. Bring a book, order a glass of wine and relax on a lounger. Everything about the spa is elegant and refined. There are waitstaff there to take care of all of your needs and there is a cafe upstairs that has fine food if you're there long enough. I cannot recommend this place enough. Kohler spa is one of my favorite full service spas in the Midwest! We were greeted at the registration desk with warm towels and ashwaganda tea, then were whisked off for a tour of the facilities. Once you've changed into your robe and slippers, that is your uniform for the day! The Kohler, Wi spa location was recently remodeled and is now very bright, airy and has more spaces to lounge and relax. The fourth floor has a sunny skylight, ice cave, jetted spa tub and plenty of lounge chairs for relaxation. Every lounge area has flavored waters, healthy bites such as almonds, fresh fruit and trail mix for you to munch on in between treatments. There is also a cafeteria (reservations required), where you can enjoy wraps, salads, grain bowls and light healthy meals before, in between or after spa services. The aestheticians are professional, polite and are very knowledgeable about skin health and care and take pride in perfecting their craft. Many of the products hail from France, which if you know...produces some of the best skincare products in the world! For overnight stays, The American Club hotel is adjacent to the spa, but you can also stay in the Carriage House where the spa is located so you don't have to step outside! This is a special place, for singles, couples, friends, or anyone looking to be pampered! The hotel accommodations are pricey; however, you can go for the day or stay at a nearby b&b or hotel if trying to watch your budget. What are you waiting for? I have been going to Kohler water spa's botox event with illume cosmetics (every 3 months) for the past 6 years. You have to email the water spa's contact (the Kohler water spa manager) to reserve a spot much in advance. Dr. Blake and his nurses are only there one day for apts, so it fills up quick as they are based out of Glendale and other Milwaukee offices. The contact almost always changes every 3 months that I've had to schedule, due to turnover. There have been countless times where the Kohler water spa's contact has not properly set up the apt, not answered emails prior to the event in order to change a time for the apt, hasn't passed on proper information that was communicated with them to the illume staff, or hasn't even put me on the schedule all together. Illume is given the names and apt schedule in advance by the water spa's staff, and is unable to adjust it on their end with their staff. The nurses and Dr Blake are also bringing our charts from their office as they aren't kept at the Kohler water spa. Due to the massive disconnect between the Kohler water spa manager communicating proper information I have not had my chart with Dr. Blake or Connie countless times, causing me to sit and wait while they have to call over to their office and have files located in order to properly dose me, or not being able to be seen- even though I have had confirmation from water spa staff with my apt. Because I love Dr. Blake and Connie I've always pushed through the issues with the Kohler water spa's contact and kept the email trail due to constant issues. However, Cait Horzen has been their contact for the last 4 times I've scheduled- and she has not accurately given info I have given her to the illume staff/ causing them to not have my proper file and results in me having to deal with major inconveniences. This happened when I was married earlier in the year and I advised Cait of my new name but added my old name as that's what my medical file would be located under to forward to staff- she never forwarded this information and I ended up sitting for over a half hour while they tried to locate my file from a Milwaukee office and send it to Dr. Blake's staff. Most recently, I booked an apt for August 13th's botox event on July 23rd. Cait confirmed and then when I was emailing my illume botox injector on August 6th, she advised she had the list for apts for Kohler and my name was not on there. I attempted to contact Cait by email August 6,7th and again on 12th. I called her cell phone, and called the reservations line twice. Once waited for over 11 minutes with no live person, the second time I waited for 18 minutes with no live person to speak with. For Kohler water spa being a luxury spa, their customer service is absolute trash. There is no reason that there is such significant disconnect between the Kohler water spa manager booking the spa event and a provider, especially given the importance of the records. The fact that you can't reach a live person, emails and phone calls aren't being responded to and this is the manager... that is unacceptable. I will never go to Kohler water spa for services ever again. read more

I've been to several in NY and LA and honestly between the services and the amenities this was better even before you consider pricing (which is also reasonable). Holy upgrade! It's been well over a year since I've visited Kohler Waters Spa, and boy has this place had a makeover. In my two previous visits it never occurred to me that it needed one, as it used to match the old-school charm to coincide with the American Club, but the spa itself has been extremely modernized. It's stunning! From the moment you enter the facility, you feel a welcoming and relaxing energy. The hospitality from start to finish is truly spectacular. As mentioned in my last review, the underground spa space with the waterfall-equipped pool, saunas, and hot tubs are all divine. I mean this place screams rejuvenation. You pay a pretty penny to come here for a services and use these amenities, but you absolutely get your moneys worth. It's a serene experience. For my recent visit, I booked myself in for a maternity massage. This soon-to-be mom-of-two thought a day of wellness was deserved, and boy was it delightful. I came 1.5 hrs early to use the amenities before my service, which had me beyond relaxed come massage time. I proceeded to the second floor and was greeted by my masseuse, Leslie. She was immediately a welcoming energy. The service itself was 50 minutes and I swear it had to be the best full-body massage of my life. Perhaps it feels even that much better while pregnant, but wow, 10-stars. Not only did Leslie gift me with a sweet little to-go product, the very friendly woman at the front desk presented me with a relaxation & rejuvenation kit on the way out. It came with a hand-written note wishing me well on the rest of my pregnancy. Come on, sooo sweet. There is a reason this is a top rated spa in the country. It pains me to write this! The spa is absolutely amazing and the facilities are top notch! And now for the bad: the price for a treatment is super exorbitant to begin with. I've been to the nicest spas in the nicest parts of the world so I don't get sticker shock very often- here I did! If that's not bad enough, they make it a point to add a small amount for weekend services. Really?! I mean cmon. And it's just a small amount which really irritates me that much more. How about just publish the very high weekend rate for the week and call it a day. Then I wouldn't complain about it. Speaking of cost, a "day pass" is over $100. No treatment, just the ability to sit in the sauna and maybe hit a small portion of the spa. Beautiful spa, I booked the rejuvenation package for my partner and I for a getaway. Package included one spa service per person, a lunch at the spa and a breakfast. CBD wrap spa service was relaxing, professional staff. Spa amenities were new and spacious. Steam room with cool plunge was excellent. Sauna was very nice as well. I was disappointed that the whirlpool was unavailable during my visit, also disappointed this information was not relayed to me during booking. An additional item to note- the included lunch and breakfast were not properly applied to my package, so I had to spend time sorting out the charges with the front desk at the American Club upon checkout (as these had already been paid for as part of my package). For a luxury resort- this could be noted and applied as expected. One additional reason for the ding in rating is that the products available in the women's locker room were disappointing. Shampoo and conditioner were very basic, hair products included no deep conditioning (which is a must for women's hair especially while spending time in water and spa). I would have expected more quality products in the locker room and shower area to match the luxury of the spa. Luckily the American Club had Diptyque products which provided the adequate nourishment and conditioning expected. read more

I loved my experience at Kohler water spa! It was so relaxing. I enjoyed the lavender rain hydrotherapy and a CBD massage. Both were phenomenal! I spent the entire day at they spa enjoying all the amenities. Steam room, sauna, hot tub, whirlpool, swim pool with waterfall and all the little nooks to rest and relax. The turkey avocado sandwich was yummy for lunch. Cocktails were a little sweet. Staff was phenomenal and attentive. From the charming decor one expects of a quaint small town, to the staff that is friendly and professional, Kohler Waters Spa was outstanding through and through. Usually when I have spa treatments, I go for a full body massage, I opted to try the body wrap and was extremely pleased. I had the privilege of being pampered by Dawn who had me so relaxed that I dozed off and I was loose as a noodle by the end of the treatment. I also spent a little more time to use the other amenities of of the spa, such as the whirlpool, deep cold plunge, sauna and steam room. I'm no snob, but I could not have been more underwhelmed by this Spa. 1. We checked in an hour early as to use the facilities, paid, then nothing. There was no direction, no next steps, just a "thank you, your appointment is at 12pm" 2. After asking what the next steps are and if we could get a tour so we know where to go and what to do, they simply said "yes of course, someone will be happy to help you" ... and then we just stood there waiting lol. Zero guidance or attentiveness from the staff. "A simple Is this your first time?" "You have access to XYZ prior" etc 3. The Spa itself - the main pool that's coed was not hot, not warm, just room temp at best. the upstairs jacuzzi was fine, but not worthy of a 5 star resort (I've stayed at an Embassy Suites with better design/layout) 4. The Cafe, where I'm currently writing this note, the food was okay, but now I've been sitting here unattended for the past 20 mins after having asked for the check twice... no "can I get you something else or to go" nothing. Incredibly disappointed in seemingly one of the "best spas in the US" 5. The treatment was only reason this got stars. The technicians were great and the 80 min massage was relaxing. Luxurious spa weekend with the sisters? Yes, please! My sister recommended we take a mini trip from Madison to here for an overnight stay at The American Club and some spa treatments. Not one to turn down a spa day, we headed out on a Sunday morning. We arrived around lunch time and although our pre-ordered lunches were lost and staffing was sparse, we were able to enjoy our lunch in comfy robes prior to our treatments. The women's locker area was clean with plenty of health & safety measures in place. It was a little dated, but there's only so much modernization you can do in a place like this. With a warm and cold plunge pool, wet and dry sauna in the women's area. Plus a larger pool in the conjoined area. My favorite treatment by far with the Still Waters treatment. A combo of CBD exfoliation, and ancient body tuning practices that include a process of dripping oil on the forehead and using a sound bath. The entire treatment was finished with a relaxing vichy shower - absolutely bliss! read more

Honestly guys, after what we've all been through the past 1 and a half 2020-2021, I feel that we all need to have a CHILL button, to reset, rest, relax, and reflect, and this is the place to do it. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here, and boy we were NOT disappointed! I love the full concierge treatment when you walk in, as I had an early appointment at 11:30am few hours before check-in to the resort. I got a tour of the place, it's pretty big, 3 full levels of different types of pools and hotubs with jets, steam room, fire places, cold plunge, saunas, treats, flavored water (with real fruit) a rooftop to catch some sun, swim and chill, annnd fresh brewed coffee and complimentary smoothies. You can't beat that. I had the 80 minute pedicure, soft scrub and foot massage, and WOW I didn't know it was gonna feel that amazing! I'm the typical male, who doesn't pay too much attention to the feet, some, but not too much. The massage therapist got my nails cut, cleaned up, and she put one heck of a massage on both feet with these warm essential oils, to where all of the stress I had, alleviated and I fell asleep in the chair. I had some serious tingles going on that just knocked me out. After that pedi & massage, I just chilled for 3 hours before check-in, in the spa/pool area, the locker rooms have pools in them, I've NEVER seen that before, and I like it. I did the cold plunge and (which was really cold) be then jumped into the steam room right after that, best feeling ever. I washed away almost 2 years of stress from all of the crap that has been happening in the world, and I really want to say THANK YOU. You're staff is wonderful, kind, polite, and professional! It's been a week since I left, and I STILL feel like a new man! 5 Star place for sure! I will return in the winter! read more

This is by far the best spa I've ever been to. I'm afraid nothing else will compare. It really is the water spa. So first things first the ladies locker room was amazing. Clean and spacious. Had a lounge area, shower area, toilet area, and the sauna, steam room , hot tub and cold plunge. All of this in the ladies locker room and they give you a recommended order to go in for the sauna and hot tub and etc so that was nice and I just followed that. I only managed cold plunge for 1.5 minute. Then the main area had the large pool and a bunch of areas to lounge. The lounge areas had water, tea and snacks available. When it's time for your service you just tell the attendant and they have someone guide you to that specific waiting area. So the waiting area for the massage and stuff is separate than the locker room and pool area. I had the signature massage and it was amazing. I was so relaxed and could feel the tension leaving my body. The signature hollyhock scent also smelled really amazing. I only wish I had gotten a longer one. I had the hydrafacial also and will say I was underwhelmed, mostly because I already have pretty hydrated skin and use the same type of stuff at home (glycolic acid exfoliation and hyaluronic acid serum) but my skin was dewy and glowy afterwards and again just a pretty relaxing service. I got lunch at the cafe and it was good. And I went to the rooftop hot tub and that was really nice and pretty. I tried to take pics but also was just caught up in the serenity of it all. I went for my birthday last year and it's the most I've spent on a spa but it was so worth it. I hope to go back for my next birthday read more

Really nice spa. I enjoyed my facial and pedicure. I like that there Is a coed hot tub on the top floor. It's also nice that they have separate spaces with hot tub, steam room, and sauna. Since right now we are going through Covid 19, In the lockers they had many snacks. I appreciate that they didn't remove snacks and found a creative way to still offer guests a light snack. They were great with following mask guidelines. I also got a pedicure which was nice but it's also kind of a bummer because you have to wait at least an hour for the nail polish to not chip. I did that and it still chipped the next day. I think this would be good to warn people of when booking. read more

Checked into The American Club for some R&R from the craziness of 2020. Spent a day at the Kohler Waters Spa and it is one of the few hyped things that actually met and exceeded my expectations. The spa is beautiful and a true luxury experience from start to finish. The aesthetic is almost otherworldly, like you've dropped into an underground Roman bath spa from another era. At first $200 (including tip) felt extravagant for a 50 minute massage, but it was the best massage I have ever gotten. The service allowed me a full day's access to the spa, which includes access to the pool, steam room, hot & cold plunge pools, lounge areas, and top floor hot tub. Throughout the day they provide free tea, water, and small snacks. There is a cafe open from 11am-3pm that has healthy lunch fare for a charge. Tip #1: if you stay in the carriage house vs. the American Club main building, you get access to the main spa areas (still have to pay for services). Tip #2: morning seemed busiest; by early afternoon it had emptied out and was much more serene. We left and came back after dinner and had the whole place to ourselves to lounge and swim. read more

Honestly felt like royalty here. The spa overall is beautiful. We started our visit with an overall tour of the facility. They showed us the waterfall, women's facility with private hot tubs and saunas, and the rooftop deck. On Monday it was pretty busy in there and a lot of people getting services. Our services were Tuesday evening. I would highly recommend booking over 3 months in advanced. We booked two months in advanced and still weren't able to get the times and services we were looking to do based off availability. My mom and I both got massages. My mom got the anti aging body treatment and I did one of the boys scrubs. My skin has never felt so smooth. Very professional staff and the rooms were very nice. The massage tables were heated and for my body service I had a shower in the room. I was able to wash my hair and rinse the scrub off. Would suggest getting s body treatment before a massage but we didn't have the option based on availability. The overall spa is open 830-9pm and there is a cafe for lunch 10-3. There are snacks available all throughout. It was cool to see all of the different kohler spas. One of the bathrooms has a very high tech toilet where the lid opens when you walk in, heated seats, lights up, and plus music. Really cool to see the technology. 10/10 recommend. Did a couple's rain bath service with my boyfriend and spent quite a bit of time enjoying the amenities over Christmas. I'm an avid spa-goer. I was generally pretty pleased with the experience. The staff is wonderful, kind and warm. It was incredibly clean. The products used were excellent. It felt serene and calm. There were some things that could've been improved upon however. The steam room was not anywhere close to the 160 degrees that the staff said it was supposed to be. She acknowledged that it didn't feel warm enough and we both determined it was because people weren't closing the door tightly enough and air and steam was escaping. However, this wasn't remedied while we were there so the steam room was not very useful. Neither of us broke a sweat in it and the cold plunge pool was made much colder since it wasn't in a hot room. They give you instructions on a cycle of amenities to try but the whirlpool wasn't available either as that floor was under renovation. Maybe ought not give out those suggestions when both steam room and whirlpool are defunct, makes for disappointment. There was a woman who was using her cell phone in the locker room which made me feel uncomfortable, particularly since the policy is no tech in the spa at all. I don't fault the staff but a sign reminding spa goers wouldn't be a bad idea. Overall very positive though and I hope to be back in the future. As a regular spa- goer I had some high expectations as I was recommended kohler waters spa by friends and it's five-star status. At arrival I was told if I planned on eating at the spa or having a snack/drinks I should order my lunch and drink choice now, as well as schedule a time to go to the cafe and eat. Completely understandable as they want to be prepared, staffed and covid social distancing. My service was amazing ! I had a Himalayan hot stone massage. So relaxing! Massage therapist was professional and did a great job. Highly recommend this. I relaxed a little by the pool, it was very hard to find a place to relax and sit, most chairs were taken throughout the day or had peoples items on them. There were also a lot of other clients garbage on tables. I arrived for my scheduled spa lunch at 1:30 as told. No one was around, servers or staff. All tables were dirty so I stood and waited. I waited for 10 min before deciding to just sit down at a dirty table. At 1:45 my friend decided to clean the table we were at. A server quick dropped waters and left Around 1:50 (20 min after reservation for pre-ordered lunch) our food came out, and it came out cold. I asked for our pre-ordered drinks twice. Drinks finally came at 2:10 after we were done eating cold food. It wasn't busy. There were 6 other tables in there (4 dirty/empty, and 1 other duo). When we left the spa desk asked how it was and we were honest and gave feedback to the manager. She was nice enough to comp our lunch which I appreciated, but we were still disappointed in our lunch experience. McDonald's would have been better. We ventured to the upstairs rooftop enclosed sun room and hot tub. The hot tub was murky and my friend experienced hives after it. Not sure why. Again there weren't any open chairs to place our items as their limited chairs were occupied by towels or other customers. I saw staff once to pick up others empty drink glasses, but didn't see any wiping down of used tables or anything. Kinda gross. Hand sanitizer was ample and masks are worn unless in pools/getting service. The following day I had an H20 hydrotherapy service which was also amazing! Professional staff and really relaxing. Highly recommend it. After this service I was warm and wanted some cold water. The spa offers free bottled waters which is appreciated but they are room temp, which their room temp is hot there as it's in pool area. Not exactly refreshing and cool, but free which is a plus. Same issue this day with finding chairs to relax and sit at. Limited space. The mens/women's locker rooms offer a very small hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cool plunge pool. Also pretty crowded. Sauna didn't seem to be working or wasn't on. Both myself and other visitors couldn't find a button to turn it on. Worth noting other spas ( like sundara) have these items coed which is nice for couples. This place doesn't have coed anything except pool and hot tub in sunroom. Locker room area/bathrooms often had garbages full and robe return bins overflowing. It just wasn't as clean as I was expecting from 5 star. Experienced walking into a few clogged toilets which was odd bc it's kohler and they are known for bathroom fixtures. Overall services were excellent! Amenities and cleanliness not so much. I think this spa is good if you are doing a solo treatment and want to take advantage of the free pool/locker room steam room/hot tub, but if you are going as a larger group or couple I don't think I'd consider kohler. read more

Serenity. Quiet Bliss. Peaceful regeneration. However you describe it, the Waters Spa at The American Club in Kohler is pretty much as perfect as it can get. As I pulled open the door, I could almost feel the tension leaving my body as the scented air enveloped my senses. I was warmly greeted- signed the necessary paperwork so that it would not impair my blissful state at the end, and was directed to go downstairs to change and wait for my technician. The locker room is clean with plenty of room to store your things. I was accommodated at every turn and had barely taken a seat in the waiting room when my technician came to get me for my massage. I have a regular massage place that tends to be "no frills" but gets the job done- so laying in this first class spa with scented oil being rubbed onto my body was a treat. This feeling only intensified when they placed a cool cloth on my forehead with a warm pad under my neck or when then applied warm towels to my feet toward the end . . . . . ahhhhh . . . . . In my post massage haze, I did manage to wander into the pool with the 7 foot water fall at the end where you can sit and have the warm water flow down on your head and shoulders, feeling like another massage. Also know that they recently renovated their 4 signature wet treatment rooms as well with all new Kohler fixtures. A little dry sauna followed by an impromptu nap in an extremely comfy lounge chair finished off my visit. The funny moment of the afternoon came when I was ready to shower at the spa to get ready for dinner. I guess I should have known that the state of the art shower would require a little instruction on how to get the darn thing to work. But I laughed when I saw the multiple instructions posted on the shower wall. Looked like a complicated algorithm versus something you'd find in a bathroom. Here's my tip- just turn the knob in the center to hot and start pushing the various buttons. You can have a waterfall, spray showers that will pulsate like a sprinkler or just spray, or any combination of all of the shower heads on the darn thing. It was pretty amazing once I figured it all out. Go. Relax. Luxuriate. You may never want to leave. I know I didn't. read more

It's a beautiful spa. The services are really lovely. If you can afford it, I found it worth the money. But, it ain't cheap!

Read the fine print... ALL of it!!! I have absolutely no issue with the quality of the massage service I received. The therapist was very attentive and considerate and I really enjoyed the experience at the time. My issue is with the Spa's policies and fees which can result in a BIG surprise when you receive the final bill. Granted it is my responsibility to make an informed purchase (buyer beware) but the information you really need to know is either contradictory or feels deliberately buried at the very bottom of a long list of policies. And that one at the bottom is a biggie - an 20% gratuity added automatically to your bill. And they do not remind you of that when checking out and you ask about leaving a tip. I get that business is business but is a little communication too much to ask?? Particularly when you're paying $250 for a massage, before the auto-gratuity. Needless to say my therapist got a REALLY GOOD TIP... Also, be aware that if you've booked a service on a Friday and are not staying in the Carriage House, you may or may not be charged a $50 "weekend" usage fee. I say "may" because their policy has "weekend" defined in three different places - two of which state the fee only applies on Saturday and Sunday but the first one you come across says Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Guess which definition showed up on my bill? [Full disclosure: the fee is waived altogether if your room is not at the Carriage House and you've booked at least two services.] Finally, trying to speak to an actual person who could help me understand the charges on my bill felt a little like trying to get Packers season tickets without Grandpa leaving them to you in the will. There is no published number for the Spa itself. I twice called the general 800 number, and was twice transferred to voicemail ("they must be busy with customers"). Both of these calls went unanswered so I left two messages that went completely unreturned for several days. My third call was marginally more successful. The person answering was actually able to talk to someone in the Spa (!) but the information they provided to me after that didn't really feel completely transparent. When I asked to have a copy of the folio specifically for the Spa charges, they it wasn't accessible but they could transfer me to the Spa to request one. And no, I did not leave yet another message. Leaving open the possibility of being ignored a third time just isn't good self-care. The excellent service and attention paid to guests throughout all parts of the property when you're there is really very impressive. But check your bill before you leave - when standing right there in front of them. It's a good thing I don't like golf because the unfortunate aftertaste left by my experience obtaining customer service once I returned home does not leave me wanting to go back again. read more

This is my second visit to this location. Once again, the service has been exceptional. The facilities are clean, and the staff is well trained in customer service. I had a pedicure with Kelly B. and she is amazing! Emily did my facial and I instantly felt relaxed. My skin felt rejuvenated. The Wisconsin room has the Best breakfast! I love this spa (except for the rule that sometimes you need to buy 2 services to fully utilize the water features...pools, sauna, etc... which I do understand since it gets busy...). Upon entering, you find some waiting areas, a check in desk and a little shop. The staff immediately welcomes you and will give you a tour of the spa. It can get a little confusing walking around since the waiting areas are all over, but there are plenty of staff to show you around. The main pool is lovely and the waterfall can also be used as a head/neck massager...a nice feature! Upstairs there is a hot tub and a nice fireplace to relax with. Little treats are all over if you need a snack or some coffee/tea. My massage was amazing - tailored to how I like it due to great staff. I also had a lovely manicure with much needed paraffin. Pricey but luxurious and well worth it for a treat. Gratuity is included, but they'll remind you so that you don't pay twice if you don't want to. Everyone was really friendly and I think next time, I need to book the entire day! Definitely try to get in and use the pools/hot tubs. It's so relaxing! I wasn't able to find a brush/comb, so that would have been a nice touch, but otherwise wonderful! read more

I recently stayed at The Carriage House for my fiance's 31st birthday from Sunday to Monday. With a stay at The Carriage House you can use the spa for free (Sunday to Friday). We have used the spa before but this time did not purchase any services. It was just as nice to use the spa for just the facilities and no treatments. We spent time there in the evening on Sunday and the morning on Monday and it was very quiet and not too crowded; definitely recommend this timing if you can! Some nice things about the spa are all you can drink tea and flavored waters. There are also ample snacks like almonds, yogurt covered raisins, granola bar bites and trail mix so you can spend a lot of time there without needing to leave for a real meal. We will definitely be back!! read more

An absolutely fantastic experience! I was lucky enough to stay in the Carriage house during my visit to Kohler and felt spoiled every minute. By staying in the Carriage house I was allowed to use their spa as well as their sports facility. Definitely an experience like no other. The workers were very professional and kind. Most luxurious spa experience I've had to date. We booked one service per day so we could take advantage of the spa amenities each day we were there. The facility is spotless, the staff is accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable and the services are decadent. I recommend staying in the Carriage House. Convenient and classic.
