I have been a regular customer of the Entourage Salon for many many years! They always do a great job in cutting, coloring and stying my hair. As an Aveda Salon, the Entourage stylists stay up to date with the many classes and trainings offered. My stylist is wonderful! She's friendly, professional and skilled in making me look my very best. She also is helpful when asked about various products, or treatments. The Entourage Salon also has a separate "barbershop" room in their salon to make men feel welcome. They also have a spa, for massages facials, as well as spray tan and a nail studio for manicure and pedicure treatments. This review is only with respect to customer service. I emailed this salon a week before Mother's Day, and I also called them to purchase a gift card and complete my purchase over the phone. This occurred 5 days before Mother's Day. When I called, they were extremely rude, putting me on hold multiple times and refusing to reference the email where I had carefully laid out the details for the gift card purchase (that they had responded to!). I walked through what I needed at least 3 times, and they kept saying they didn't understand (I simply needed to pay for the gift card that I had requested). Finally making some headway, they told me they could email a gift card to the recipient on any day/time I chose, so I selected the day before Mother's Day. They emailed me back a day or so later telling me that my 2-line message was too long and could only accommodate about 4 words, so I responded immediately with an updated message. Then I heard nothing. My credit card was charged, but the recipient never received the emailed gift card! Will never go to this salon and don't recommend. read more

Every moment of my experience was spectacular. They checked my coat and offered me tea upon my entrance. Tiffany, my new hair stylist, gave me a hand massage while my hair processed, rested my neck on a hot towel during the wash, and of course, colored, cut and styled my hair to perfection! Every single client I saw leave looked amazing! After I checked out, I got a tour of all the salon's services and received a new client goodie bag with Aveda products. LOVED IT! Great location, great facility. I got a 1 hour massage. Well the massage was not what I requested. I explained my preference as to a firm pressure massage. Well this was not what I received. I also indicated this when I made the appointment by phone. I think they just matched me up with the wrong therapist. She did a good job if you don't like firm pressure, maybe she just did not listen or she is not able to accommodate the aggressive pressure. I will try again! read more

I have had many different things done here. Hair cut/color, mani/pedi, massage, facial, and waxing. I request Katie for my hair because she does an excellent job with cut AND color. She listens to what you want and does a great job. Been going to her for probably 4-5 years now I think. They have done the best job for nails as well and also listen to exactly what you want. I believe all my experiences with this have been with Mai (not sure on spelling). Facials and massages (different people a few times) have also been great and I have never had any issues with time being shortened or the person not massaging properly as in other reviews on here. Again they listened to all my concerns and adjusted accordingly. I also love the products they use for facials/massages. My skin feels great after. Waxing has only been like 2x because they did not have a person for a period of time for this. Again, no issues. Did a great job each time. My only negative review is the front desk workers. Most are professional and friendly, but there has been a worker (unsure of name) who has been unprofessional/rude. read more

Finally broke down and decided to find a new place to get my haircut after moving from Chicago. I had two close friends recommend this place to me so I called to set up an appointment with Tami. She was great, very personable and gave me an awesome haircut! For guys the cut is usually $25 which is what I used to pay. If it seems expensive the amenities and environment completely make up for it. They are in a beautiful building that has everything from hair and nails and a full spa. I got the grand tour. The nice part about the haircut is they don't use any kind of trimmers. Obviously they use one to trim your neck but she hand cut my sides and then cleaned up the back of my head and neck with a straight blade. This is a very talented crew that knows how to take care of your 'do! Go seem em! read more

I'm a fan of their Spa services- My favorite has to be the facials with Molly! They are amazing, I feel so relaxed during/after and I swear my skin actually glows. Corey is a great Massage Therapist, she really uses awesome pressure! 60 minutes is never enough for a massage, so I usually get the 90 minute session. I've also had a few pedicures - so much more attention than you'd get at those walk-in places. Misty does a great job taking care of those rough heels. Love the hot towels on my feet, and the foot massage is pretty relaxing. read more

I always thought with a hot stone massage, they just lay the stones on your back, because that's what all the pictures in the spa brochures/websites show, right? Not here! Not incredibly thrilled with this place. Went twice and both hairdressers couldn't match my roots for a dye job to save their soul. My husband unfortunately gave me a gift card so it took me about two years to finally use it. Again, disappointed when the hairdresser didn't listen to me and did too many layers and not even length. I even found some areas cut longer than the rest so it wasn't even. Being a mom and having a hectic schedule I needed something easy which I told the girl. My haircut was anything but. Pro tip: you might want to add an unsubscribe link in your mails...some people don't want to read every week about the vast number of unbooked appointments available at a discounted rate. Frequented this place a lot and usually it was okay, but my last eyebrow wax was just terrible thanks to someone named Malley. I asked for slightly thinner brows and got two very uneven brows and the lady told me how we all have "a good brow and that's why one was uneven"? Never had a problem waxing before. WOW!!! The worst experience ever!! I've been receiving gift cards form this place for the last three years from a prominent business owner in the area. He spends hundreds of dollars for friends and family on gift cards for Entourage. I finally had to tell him not to give them to me because of really bad customer service and unprofessionalism displayed by the owner Janelle, and he agreed. Janelle Goking the OWNER did NOT handle my situation professionally. Their massage therapist stopped the massage short about 12 minutes, and when I mentioned something to the front desk manager, they said they would talk to Janelle and was confident that it would be resolved and that they would reimburse me for those minutes, but would still need to charge my card. NO ONE called me back. I would call and management kept saying that Janelle was busy and they haven't been able to connect with her. I found that funny, since she works right at the salon. I told them to have her call me directly instead of playing this cat and mouse game. Janelle NEVER responded to my request to talk to her. One week went by and I finally received a call after the issue and they told me sorry, Janelle said there is nothing she could do! I could not believe how unprofessional Janelle was handling this and seeing that she is a local business owner in town as well. Also since I have been going there and using these gift cards, mainly for the massages which are terrible to begin with. The older massage lady we had will just stand there in one spot for 5 minutes pressing down, and then she will keep looking at the clock. I've heard other stories and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Please be cautious and read some of those negative reviews. I wanted to leave this review on their business page, but it's clear that she chooses the ones she wants to be put on there. read more
