Downstairs, there is a sauna, steam room with plunge pool, relaxation pool, and many chaise lounge chairs with blankets to relax. Being pregnant, the facilities are a little limited but I still had a great experience and it was nice to unplug, read a little, and enjoy the little snacks and water throughout. Every lounge area has flavored waters, healthy bites such as almonds, fresh fruit and trail mix for you to munch on in between treatments. There is also a cafeteria (reservations required), where you can enjoy wraps, salads, grain bowls and light healthy meals before, in between or after spa services.
