I travel for work and sometimes when I'm out of town and have a little time on my hands, I like to treat myself to one in between my regular schedule. Rachel got back to me almost immediately with regard to scheduling, and was flexible with my work hours. Her massage space is incredibly welcoming, relaxing, and easy to find. The massage itself was perfect. The pressure was exactly right and I could feel the knots in my neck and shoulder loosening ever so slightly the whole time. The massage lotion Rachel used felt like it was made to condition the hair of fairies. It was smooth and luxurious, without being slippery or greasy. I will be working in Oshkosh for the next couple of months and can't wait to schedule another massage with Rachel!

Her expertise and communication on listening to what was going on with my body was SPOT On! I'd much rather pay for the ultimate massage then a fancy spa setting. Don't get me wrong her environment was completely relaxed and zen. I will be visiting her again.

Both seemed like they were applying the products properly. But, within 24 hours, a couple of my dip nails were chipped and cracking so I went back and had them fixed by Betsy. I tipped her for her time but the service was complimentary. After another day or two, more nails were popping off completely and chipping still so I went back for a total redo with Hellen. She charged me $25 even after I told her how wrong and unfair that was. I asked her to have a manager call me. She called back and told me I would not be refunded but could have a $25.00 credit with her and her only when I came back. After a few more days, my toes and fingers all looked like complete crap. I've had these services done regularly for many years and have never not had the products last 2-4 weeks at least. Obviously something was really wrong with their products. I called to tell them but never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing. Will not return. New York Nail Bar has been really awesome and highly recommend their salon!

My husband had his hair cut here yesterday because his regular barber was busy. Walk ins only which…read moreworks for him. Check in was slightly annoying because the iPad sign in wasn't working. Someone was finally able to check him in on their computer. She said the iPad hasn't been working lately? Fine, no big deal but, you could've mentioned that before hand. Wait time was about 20 minutes which is pretty reasonable for walk ins. Here's the problem. His hair looks dreadful. It's uneven and the back of his neck is almost cut at a 45 degree angle. It's not something that is just recognizable if you're looking for it. Not something that is only seen up close. I noticed this first when he came home and he was across the room for me. It's horrible! At the bottom of his hair.. one side starts at the middle of the ear (not sure why it's up that high) and the other side starts below the ear.. I would not recommend.
