I walked in with a mask, and she put one on without my asking her, and I thanked her for that. She started with soaking my feet for a few minutes and then thoroughly massaged them for about 30 minutes before asking me to turn over to get my back massaged. She was able to massage me with strength, and I'm sure I fell asleep several times (but I knew she was still working on me). I was visiting from out of state, so I wouldn't be able to return, but if I lived nearby, I'd be there every week! The music was lulling, and they were good with not having conversations with each other or making other sounds, which happens at other Asian massage places (at one place, the manager was arguing w/the bank on the phone!)

I had yet another fantastic experience at Inspire Spa. This was my second massage here, and I was…read morefortunate to have Kameron as my therapist for both visits. Most recently, I booked a 60-minute Swedish massage, and it was excellent from start to finish. Inspire Spa is conveniently located on College Avenue, though it's somewhat discreet and easy to miss if you're not specifically looking for it. Once inside, you're welcomed into a clean, well-appointed lobby that immediately sets a relaxing tone. Before your treatment begins, you can choose from several complimentary enhancements, including a variety of aromatic sprays, which is a nice touch. The treatment rooms are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable lighting, minimal clutter, relaxing music at just the right volume, and temperature-controlled massage tables that can be adjusted to your preference. Kameron was attentive, professional, and highly skilled. She took the time to focus on the areas where I was experiencing the most pain and tension and adjusted her technique accordingly. What stood out most was that she truly delivered a full 60-minute massage, which unfortunately isn't always the case at other establishments. You'll certainly find less expensive massage options in the Appleton area, but in my experience, Inspire Spa stands out for both the quality of the massage and the overall customer experience. I highly recommend both Inspire Spa and Kameron to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience.

I'm a big guy but I don't like deep tissue massages usually because I feel like I end up with more knots than when I started. Thai massages are usually great because it's lots of pressure but with firearms instead of finger tips. They asked to pay upfront, which seemed weird. But it was a great massage. And I've had actual Thai massages in Thailand, and this was as good if not better. I was shocked. Will definitely go again.
