She started with soaking my feet for a few minutes and then thoroughly massaged them for about 30 minutes before asking me to turn over to get my back massaged. She was able to massage me with strength, and I'm sure I fell asleep several times (but I knew she was still working on me). I was visiting from out of state, so I wouldn't be able to return, but if I lived nearby, I'd be there every week! The music was lulling, and they were good with not having conversations with each other or making other sounds, which happens at other Asian massage places (at one place, the manager was arguing w/the bank on the phone!)

Brenda was my therapist and did a great job. Very calming and asking which scents I would like and going over where my pain points were and level of pressure. The massage was very relaxing and wish it would have lasted longer. They are moving facilities and though the current building is not the most ideal the therapy room was nice and comfortable. Waiting area could have been more plush. If I have time in the future I will definitely go back.
