Instead of bleaching, she explained that bleaching at all would damage it (obviously) but she explained it like it would ruin it curly or straight but she had bleached hair too? I tried to do my undercut instead because I could just shave it, but she still refused, I'm guessing cause she didn't know how to do my hair. She offered me a moisturizing treatment because my hair was dry, (mind you because I didn't wash my hair for the upcoming bleaching) and then to shave my undercut? I ended up bleaching hair at home (2 round) and got to my desired level and dyed it at home and my curls were fine but not ruined like she explained it.

I walked in with a mask, and she put one on without my asking her, and I thanked her for that. She started with soaking my feet for a few minutes and then thoroughly massaged them for about 30 minutes before asking me to turn over to get my back massaged.
