I called around 10:30AM to book a same-day 1:30PM appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and informative--she explained the price, payment options, and asked if I wanted any add-ons like hot stones. Super helpful and professional. When I arrived, parking was easy and convenient, and the spa was simple to find using GPS. As you walk in, there are just a few steps leading up to the front desk. I was warmly greeted and taken to the massage room after confirming my appointment. Shoes come off near the front, which helps keep the space clean and welcoming. The massage itself was amazing--I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I was asked about my preferred pressure level (I chose medium), and she checked in with me a few times to make sure everything felt good. Very professional, respectful, and attentive to my needs. This is a legitimate, clean, and calming massage spa--nothing weird or uncomfortable at all. If you're looking for a reliable full body massage, a professional deep tissue massage, or just want to relax and de-stress, I highly recommend Red Rose Spa. I walked in with a mask, and she put one on without my asking her, and I thanked her for that. She started with soaking my feet for a few minutes and then thoroughly massaged them for about 30 minutes before asking me to turn over to get my back massaged. She was able to massage me with strength, and I'm sure I fell asleep several times (but I knew she was still working on me). I was visiting from out of state, so I wouldn't be able to return, but if I lived nearby, I'd be there every week! The music was lulling, and they were good with not having conversations with each other or making other sounds, which happens at other Asian massage places (at one place, the manager was arguing w/the bank on the phone!)

I loved Debbie - she is so sweet and explains everything before your massage begins. She is very thorough and does a great job. The only thing I didn't like was that the service room seemed a little outdated; however, she kept the room nice and warm and played very relaxing music which are the two things that actually matter considering your eyes are closed for a majority of the time.

Brenda was my therapist and did a great job. Very calming and asking which scents I would like and going over where my pain points were and level of pressure. The Harmony Wellness Center was conveniently located in the middle of Oshkosh, and they promptly responded to my appointment request. The center is very nice - very relaxing environment. Jeanie greeted me with a some water and did a quick evaluation to see how she could best help me. I pulled a couple muscles at the gym, and she did a really great job working through the knots. She's clearly a very experienced massage therapist - her tempo, precision, and effectiviness are consistent with top massage therapists I've worked with over the years. I waited one week and called on a Monday, received no return call, so on Wednesday, I left another message asking if she was taking new clients (my therapist retired.) Again, I received no call. I then left a message at the contact number for Harmony Wellness. You guessed it--NO RETURN CALL!! If they can't even return a phone call, I am wondering how reliable this business would be. I will give my money to a provider who cares about their clients.
