Once inside, you're welcomed into a clean, well-appointed lobby that immediately sets a relaxing tone. Before your treatment begins, you can choose from several complimentary enhancements, including a variety of aromatic sprays, which is a nice touch. The treatment rooms are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable lighting, minimal clutter, relaxing music at just the right volume, and temperature-controlled massage tables that can be adjusted to your preference. Kameron was attentive, professional, and highly skilled. She took the time to focus on the areas where I was experiencing the most pain and tension and adjusted her technique accordingly. What stood out most was that she truly delivered a full 60-minute massage, which unfortunately isn't always the case at other establishments. You'll certainly find less expensive massage options in the Appleton area, but in my experience, Inspire Spa stands out for both the quality of the massage and the overall customer experience. The reception area is really well lit and the reception desk is to the right immediately when you walk in. It has always been very clean in here. Service: Staff is friendly and prompt. I replied telling her who I was and that I had left a voicemail the previous week. She texted back apologizing for not returning the voicemail. She told me she would call me after 10:30 that morning. I replied "that would be great". Around 11:30, she texted that she was stepping into a meeting and would like to call me at 12:30. She also gave me information about herself and her practice. I immediately replied and told her that I was unavailable at 12:30, but could accept her call or call her anytime after 1:00. I also texted her more information about myself. I explained that I was 71 years old and looking for massage to address my current musculoskeletal issues. I never heard from her again and being totally frustrated at this point, no longer tried to contact her.
