I called around 10:30AM to book a same-day 1:30PM appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and informative--she explained the price, payment options, and asked if I wanted any add-ons like hot stones. Super helpful and professional. When I arrived, parking was easy and convenient, and the spa was simple to find using GPS. As you walk in, there are just a few steps leading up to the front desk. I was warmly greeted and taken to the massage room after confirming my appointment. Shoes come off near the front, which helps keep the space clean and welcoming. The massage itself was amazing--I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I was asked about my preferred pressure level (I chose medium), and she checked in with me a few times to make sure everything felt good. Very professional, respectful, and attentive to my needs. This is a legitimate, clean, and calming massage spa--nothing weird or uncomfortable at all. Near the beginning of the massage the woman used to elbow to get at a "knot" in my mid back, it was very painful and I said it was too hard and said "stop" I even moved my hand back behind me for her to stop. She replied "no, it will feel better when I'm done". Well several hours later tonight I am in much much more pain than when I went in. I looked at my back and it is very bruised which I did not have before going in. If a client tells you to stop because you are hurting them you need to stop!
