5 Stars - A Wonderful Experience at Red Rose Spa…read more I had a 90-minute full body massage ($110) at Red Rose Spa and it was excellent from start to finish. I called around 10:30AM to book a same-day 1:30PM appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and informative--she explained the price, payment options, and asked if I wanted any add-ons like hot stones. Super helpful and professional. When I arrived, parking was easy and convenient, and the spa was simple to find using GPS. As you walk in, there are just a few steps leading up to the front desk. I was warmly greeted and taken to the massage room after confirming my appointment. Shoes come off near the front, which helps keep the space clean and welcoming. The massage itself was amazing--I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I was asked about my preferred pressure level (I chose medium), and she checked in with me a few times to make sure everything felt good. Very professional, respectful, and attentive to my needs. This is a legitimate, clean, and calming massage spa--nothing weird or uncomfortable at all. If you're looking for a reliable full body massage, a professional deep tissue massage, or just want to relax and de-stress, I highly recommend Red Rose Spa. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Thank you for the great service--I really appreciated it!

I'm a big guy but I don't like deep tissue massages usually because I feel like I end up with more knots than when I started. Thai massages are usually great because it's lots of pressure but with firearms instead of finger tips. They asked to pay upfront, which seemed weird. But it was a great massage. And I've had actual Thai massages in Thailand, and this was as good if not better. I was shocked. Will definitely go again.

Most recently, I booked a 60-minute Swedish massage, and it was excellent from start to finish. Inspire Spa is conveniently located on College Avenue, though it's somewhat discreet and easy to miss if you're not specifically looking for it. Once inside, you're welcomed into a clean, well-appointed lobby that immediately sets a relaxing tone. Before your treatment begins, you can choose from several complimentary enhancements, including a variety of aromatic sprays, which is a nice touch. The treatment rooms are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable lighting, minimal clutter, relaxing music at just the right volume, and temperature-controlled massage tables that can be adjusted to your preference. Kameron was attentive, professional, and highly skilled. She took the time to focus on the areas where I was experiencing the most pain and tension and adjusted her technique accordingly. What stood out most was that she truly delivered a full 60-minute massage, which unfortunately isn't always the case at other establishments. You'll certainly find less expensive massage options in the Appleton area, but in my experience, Inspire Spa stands out for both the quality of the massage and the overall customer experience. I highly recommend both Inspire Spa and Kameron to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience.
