I've been getting massages for over 15 years, I have friends and family that are certified therapists and have received massages from them. I have been a regular customer of massage instructors. My massage at Artful Touch, by Brittany was the best I've EVER had. I saw Brittany on one days notice following an I'll-advised Snowboarding trip and left feeling relaxed and much better prepared to face life and work. I will definitely use Artful Touch avid specifically Brittany again! Do yourself a favor and follow my lead! Atmosphere is excellent, quiet and clean. Facilities are new, eclectic and support the overall feel of tranquility. read more

BEST. MASSAGE. OF. MY. LIFE. Brittany was super professional yet welcoming and calming. She took the time to discuss any problem areas that needed special attention. She gave me the choice of various aromatherapy options, which helped enhance the relaxing experience. She had told me she just recently opened this current location after a heavy reconstruction. It was just beautiful inside!! I purchased a self care package before I left (buy 5 massages, get one free). Very happy with my experience and already excited to go back. read more

Artful Touch Massage, LLC, opened as an LLC in January 2016. The owner, Brittany Nennig, has been a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker since 2008.

Meet the Business Owner: Brittany N.

Brittany was trained as a massage therapist in Charleston, SC, at Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. She graduated in 2008 first in her class. She has worked as a therapist part-time until 2012. In 2012, she became an independent massage therapist. In 2016, she opened Artful Touch Massage, LLC. Brittany finds much joy in examining the deeper causes of pain and feels that only the best should be given to her guests and clients. She enthusiastically explores all the causes and treats the soft tissue ailments with the art of touch.

I received a 30 minute table massage today. I came in with lower back pain and did want a deep…read moretissue massage. However the massage I received was much too hard. Near the beginning of the massage the woman used to elbow to get at a "knot" in my mid back, it was very painful and I said it was too hard and said "stop" I even moved my hand back behind me for her to stop. She replied "no, it will feel better when I'm done". Well several hours later tonight I am in much much more pain than when I went in. I looked at my back and it is very bruised which I did not have before going in. If a client tells you to stop because you are hurting them you need to stop!

Brittany is an excellent massage therapist who's consistently given great massages. I've had Swedish massage and hot stone massage therapy and enjoyed them both. Her room is nicely decorated and relaxing. Great relaxing atmosphere. She also has a great knowledge of muscles and anatomy and does a great job explaining what was happening with my muscles and clearly looks at massage therapy as good medicine, not just a relaxing luxury (though it is that, too) but something that genuinely helps you feel better for reasons that are scientifically valid.
