I have been going here for about 2 years now for acrylic nails and have always left extremely satisfied. All the techs are super nice and willing to attempt the designs you are going for. I've also never had an issue with a nail breaking unless it was for something that I did that caused it. I won't go anywhere else in town! read more

I had come in for a full acrylic set as my old ones had grown out. My nail tech proceeded to rip off my old acrylics with a tool and ended up ripping my actual nail up underneath. She then moved me to another nail tech who used an unsanitized and USED drill and drilled into my exposed, bleeding nail bed. i'm not even kidding, i yelped in pain & she called me "so dramatic" and "a wuss." she put used random chemicals with a used applicator on my bleeding nail, and finished my nails. ended up charging me $65 dollars for this. went in the next day to request a refund as i woke up to my nail oozing pus. i was denied a refund, and one of the techs came up, messed with my infected nail with her bare hands, squeezing and moving it around, claimed it is not infected at all, slapped my nail (painful might i add..) and told me to suck it up!!!! i wish i was kidding. i'm so disappointed as i always come here. I've already filed a complaint with the Dept of Safety. i could have literally caught a disease from this. read more

I was visiting my sister and decided to get a Deluxe Gel Pedicure, French polish, while she was having her nails done. LINDA was the nail tech and she was FANTASTIC. She was very thorough and spent a lot of time massaging both my legs and my feet, as well as removing calluses and cuticle. She did a wonderful job on the French polish as well. I highly recommend her and wish she was located in my hometown. read more

I had an appt at 3pm yesterday and it took them 47 mins to get to me. They rushed my dip I needed on my nails and the design was NOT even near what I wanted. The shape and color were off. Not to mention the nails themselves are thick! I just want to re-file my nails and make them better or just get them re-done. This was my 2nd time coming there and I just wasn't impressed. read more

I came to this salon because of the great reviews. The first time I came I had a manicure with no chip gel. Cons: The nail tech never introduce herself to me so I don't have a name to give. The tech that did my nails was an older lady with very short hair and glasses. When removing no chip gel it needs to soak for a descent amount to time. My nails soaked for less than 30 seconds. She proceeds to scrape off the gel with pieces of my own nail coming off with the gel. I asked her to stop not once but twice. Didn't listen. Then I had to turn to another tech to have her stop because she didn't understand or she just wasn't listening. Then she proceeded to remove the rest of the gel with an electric filer. That made my nails thin. She was not gentle at all when she directed my hands to go into the uv light machine. When my nails were all painted she moved on to massaging my hands for 5 seconds each. It was hardly a massage. The whole experience was not pleasant at all and over priced for what I received. Pros: The paint job was descent. I like to give businesses 2nd chances, so I returned. I got the same lady again, ugh!! This time I asked for a color change since I new how poorly she gives hand massages. Same experience as the first one, awful. I asked 3 times for my nails to soak longer. She didn't listen. I asked 3 times to please trim my nails down since they were thinned out from the last time. She didn't listen. I had to turn to the lead teach to please tell her to trim my nails down. She finally listens. The worst of it was the paint job. I asked to get the water color paint effect for $5 more. She did a horrible job. She had no rhythm or rhyme on the technique. She had to call the lead tech to show her what to do. What a joke. The lead tech asked how I liked the design and I told her the truth. It looked nothing like or come close to the design on the mannequin hand. I told her I wasn't happy with the design. It looked like a 3 year old did it. They still charged me the $5. WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER! read more

This is my favorite nail salon ever. The employees are so, SO kind, and do some of the most beautiful work on my nails I have ever seen. They pay so much attention to detail and really care about customer satisfaction. It is also a very clean establishment. I see a few negative reviews from a few years ago, and I would like to point out that they have recently gotten a new manager, which has made all of the difference. Pedicure routine - planned walk in since reviews looked great. Person who answered phone could not tell me what price included for pedicure - I was looking to see how much add on services were etc. Was told 10-15min wait for pedicure that was fine and I was happy they were open this- turned into 45mins wait / then no one introduced self - at all not one person - the salon was so dirty - dusty - just nothing looked wiped down in weeks - this was not just a busy end of the day dirty - massage chairs cup holder trays were filthy I was tempted to leave - woman in charge asked if it was ok for staff to go eat quick before my pedicure- 5 mins. It would take - what was I going to say - I didn't want someone hangry you know ? I could handle another 5mins. Instead a woman who spoke no English motioned for me what to do - I thought she understood more than she spoke - she kept pointing to the more expensive service - I told her I want basic w add on - because I didn't want all that other stuff. I could not get my point across three times so finally I asked someone to interpret for me not only for what I wanted but for how I wanted my nails trimmed. The older lady short hair glasses did not look happy I asked for someone to advise her of what I wanted. This lady did not look excited to be there at all let alone care while she was doing my pedicure ( was kind of rough w her motions for me put legs up down in water bend etc. There was no cuticle trimming at all nothing at all extra one bit. Callus removal she looked very annoyed I wanted this done. While I was getting my pedicure the party that was finished and now paying - said she had short hair lady glasses as well and hated her manicure and polish and declined tip / the one for her as different cashier was ringing her out. I knew my thoughts of this place were not exclusive - I then saw a male tech rub his nose and then continued on touching a woman's fingernails to do her manicure while he wiped his nose & did not use sanitizer and the customer/woman called him on it - during that same manicure - the same tech as he did the same lady's manicure he stepped inadvertently on her freshly painted wet toenails he had just finished w w her pedicure before her manicure - the longer I was there the more I saw - no washing of foot pedicure tubs before preparation for new customer-so wrong - I was impressed that my older nail tech did help me down from the pedicure massage chair after we were finished and did bring my shoes over to the dryer then had to - I did think she did a good job w the dark red polish I picked. I had to sit for another 20 mins under dryer and finally paid - I did give the lady who also was my cashier - my bill was $35 - I left a 5$ tip directly to her which it seemed she was NOT really excited even though for my service nothing at all special was done - just motions- I do not mind a quiet pedicure in fact I like them - however she did not really rub the feet well at all just the tops of feet only - Basic basic if that - I could not believe - no thank you nothing not appreciating the tip nothing - annoyed again like I didn't give her enough - after I stood there getting my keys out finally she said thx. - save your time and go to a clean salon with techs who get help if they can't understand- or if the customer is TRYING to communicate- I have no issues w those who do not have English as first language at all - in fact most individuals who don't speak English go out of their way to ensure they get someone who can communicate for the customer - this was just not a great experience one and done - ratings must be old I am thinking - .the lady in charge did offer me a beverage while I waited which was very nice - and she did thank me as I left. But as far as tech and the cleaning it was sub par just like parts of my service. read more

I am shocked by these bad reviews. This place is awesome! The people are friendly. Do a wonderful job. They ALL speak English! To me there is nothing worse than going into a place where the people there don't understand what it is you want because they can't speak good English. A very clean place. The prices are right. I get pedicures here and the massage that goes with it is amazing! 5 stars in my opinion! I think a lot of these reviews have to be old. Someone mentioned a guy that works there. I came in for a full set. The employee working with me didn't clean my nail polish off entirely before putting the acrylic on and knew I was getting white tips so it would show through. I didn't immediately point out the little spots of polish because I thought she would of course clean it up and didn't want to be a back seat driver. She then proceeded to get at least 3 of my tips on crooked and joked about it. Got one of her fingers glued to mine while complaining to me how much she hates doing full sets. Finally, she kept hitting my cuticles with the sander and laughing about how she hoped I like pain while one of the spots bled. Not a very good experience. read more

I've gone here twice and the first time I went they did a great job. The second time I went almost a year ago, the women who was doing my nails was talking on her cellphone the entire time. I had a horrible experience. The owner is so unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment booked for 7 people 2 weeks prior to our appointment. I was on barter and was bringing her 6 other cash paying customers. 1 week before our appt I asked if she had room for 2 more. She said no so we said no big deal. Then a few days before the appointment she said she had openings and kept asking if I wanted to add those 2 extra. I said we "might" only need one more spot which turned out that person couldn't make it. We came in (the day before a wedding - we were part of the wedding party) for our appointment and she said I'm not taking your barter. I asked why and she said, I'll still take you but I want cash. She said she could have filled the spot that the 1 person who canceled 1 day prior had. I said that's not true as you contacted us because those spots were only open because you had cancellations. Her loss ...she thought she was going to get 7 mani - Pedi customers that day and instead she got 0! $0 and also a horrible reputation. NO problem though. Even though her incredibly unprofessional actions left us the day before we found a great place on towline road that greeted us with a smile, got us ALL in and had the best massage chairs! read more
