SO GOOD. I LOVE VINH AND LINHS WORK DO MUCH. everyone is super friendly and nice. the work always comes out super fantastic as per usual!!

Traci V.

I walked in on a weekday afternoon with no appointment. The weather outside was horrible so maybe that's why they weren't busy. Regardless, I was able to get taken care of immediately. I don't get my nails done often. I had just returned from a cruise where I had had my nails done and was hoping to continue keeping them pretty. Linh did an excellent job. She shortened them to a functional length And painted exactly the color I wanted from a picture. $45 plus tax and tip. I will be back.

It cost me $60 to get my nails refilled. They entirely redid my thumbs and both nails chipped within the same day in which I got them done. The polish chipped on my index finger two days after the appointment. I'm really disappointed in the shaping of the nails as well. Overall, it was the most expensive refill I've ever had and the results were extremely disappointing and immediately got worse within a few days of the appointment.

Super clean & extra nice. Ken and Kelly are great.

Ken & Kelly's is always incredibly clean, and the family-owned business has the nicest staff of any nail spa I've been to. Cannot recommend more. And men, no fear! I've sat next to Packer players getting pedicures here. Haha!

Store Front at night. Sign says open till 8pm but it was only 7:35pm when this photo was taken. Common for them to leave early.

Great service when they are actually there when they say they will be there. Came 3 times before their posted closing time and they had already left for the evening. Best to call ahead so you don't waste your time coming to a closed store during their posted business hours. Good people who probably don't know how much this behavior hurts their business reputation.

One of the tasks, as her bridesmaid, I was asked to fulfill, was to find a place to do our hair for the big day. I was up for the challenge & started with a http://www.Yelp.com search. I took a stab in the dark & called this place, with no reviews. Since, I'm from Chicago I had no idea what to expect? The girl I spoke to on the phone was so sweet & super accommodating. I made appointments that day. I continued to make phone calls, with questions & every time I spoke to someone who was knowledgeable and patient. The day of the wedding, all of the hair dressers were so upbeat & fun to be around. They each took their time to give each of us the look we were going for! I have to say they made the whole bridal party look fabulous! This is a terrific salon & I'm glad we chose it! They even let us bring in the makings for mimosas!!!

She took her time with me, listened to what I wanted ( went from very long to a shoulder length cut) I have naturally curly hair and have never been able to find a stylist who knew how to cut curls. Nika gave me the best cut I have ever experienced! I love my curls, perfectly layered!

The Day Spa overall is a wonderful location to relax. The showers and sanctuary were open for the…read morefirst time since Covid started. I enjoy a bit of time in their sanctuary before and after a treatment. They used to have a small waterfall as part of the artwork in the room, but it was redone a few years ago. The room is still lit in a relaxing way, with comfortable chairs and soft music. No spa water yet (thanks again Covid), but plenty of bottled water for you. My treatment today was with Andrea for a deep tissue massage. She listened to what areas I wanted focus on. The massage was not quite as deep as normal, but since I specifically asked for relief in a few areas, I wanted to see what the result was. The treatment was firm and focused deep on a few key areas. While I could have handled a deeper treatment, I feel amazing right now. I did not realize my neck was tight, and my shoulder feels great! Trust the technician :) As for some of the older posts which show some disappointment. I can tell you my husband has purchased gift cards for me in the past; no putting money "on account". Also, please let the team at the front desk know if you are not familiar with the processes at their spa. If you verify what services you are to have during your visit, you will have a lovely experience.

I have been going to the Day Spa for eyelash extensions for a year now. They have always felt like…read morethey were pulling on my real lashes, clumpy, and would fall out easily after a recent fill. I thought this was all normal. Lately, during my fills, I have felt pain when she is replacing old lashes with new ones. I went to see someone else who took close-up pictures of the work done at the Day Spa. Up to 3 lashes were attached to my real lashes and my real lashes were badly damaged. This explains the pulling feeling I felt and the pain I felt when she pulled off old ones. When I called the Day Spa to report this they tried telling me that this is how fans are done. Not true! Lashes should go on one single lash when applied. Lashes should not be uncomfortable or hurt at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
