Went went for a pedicure. Got the middle priced one and it didn't even last a week the nails are chipped. The pig is off on three toes. Definitely will not go there again never had such bad reactions to a pedicure before. Usually they last a lot longer, definitely would not recommend this place to anybody. Nice leg massage though. read more

I was very pleased with my nails and the service was great! It was very clean and cute in there and my nail tech was very kind and good at his job. I got acrylics with colorful french tips and they came out great (the lines were very strait)! I would definitely recommend. read more

It's ok. standard salon, a little pricey. Very clean. I'll give them an extra star because they kept our appointment with no wait. In fact we were running 10 minutes late, and they called us when we were parking the car to make sure we were still coming. Nice people, but, really nothing to set them apart. Of course, it's in the mall so plenty of parking read more

I tagged along with my girlfriend to get her nails and she had got acrylic's that should last for months but just tonight one of the nails fell off. And literally days after she got them done they already looked grew out. Absolutely terrible Experience. read more

Messed up my nails three times. Already chipped when they were just done. Have nail polish smudged everywhere. Do not recommend this place if you need nails done nicely. read more

My go to place when it comes to nails and pedicures!! Ask for Diana or Evan (Noy)- they both do a great job and will take care of you. I love their professional advise on my nail health and if I should go with overlay, tips, acrylic or just do gel on my nails. You have to do gel!! It last so much longer than regular polish (up to 3-4 weeks depending on how fast your nails grow). Place is clean and my nails always looks great!! read more

I got my nails done on June 4th here, and my acyrlics fell off 16 days later. enough said.

They service was terrible. The lady who did my nails kept getting up and talked on the phone with her friend the whole time. My cousin sat and waited 20 so mins and then she is like I'm going to a different one. They got it done faster and she was back and I wasn't even done yet. read more

I went in on Friday for mani and pedi and hasn't been 1 week and my gel polishes on my hands are coming off on the sides! My cuticles are horrible, minor cleaning! I went home having to clean my own toe cuticles! I paid $100 for them! Was nice to even tip. I told the lady to shape my nails nicely and make them match and she giggled and some of my nails are longer and shorter than one another!!! I constantly said shape and cuticles. I will never go back. Not Sure if she is new but omg. Her name is Lia or Liah. Nice girl but horrible job. I regret tipping her but because she did use her time I have her $10 tip. My nails/ cuticles likes like crap. HORRIBLE. I'm debating about calling and letting the store know. I hope this is enough. I wanted also a milky polish and she said this color was as milky! Her constant giggle when I said this side nail is shorter and can you shorten the other hand finger. read more

Well i did spend 60$ for nails it was very expensive and there they pay a lot of money for 2 sets

I went to get a pedicure here with a friend. I showed the guy doing my pedicure a picture of the design i wanted and told him if it was too difficult that i would find something else. He didn't say anything and just continued to go find the nail polish. Needless to say, it looks like i gave nail polish to a 5 year old and let them color on my toes. And it looks no where close to the picture i showed him. He did not take his time to do the design at all. I have nail polish all around my nails on my skin and it looks horrible. I will not be going back to get my nails done here. read more

Extremely disappointed in the service levels at Elite. What was supposed to be a luxurious treat turned into a miserable experience. While getting a manicure there tonight the nail technician tore my cuticle which was painful and bled profusely. No discount or apology was offered. I am worried about an infection. I noticed after the fact that they do not have autoclaves or proper sanitation equipment. Lastly, the polish I requested for my pedicure was too 'oily'. I'm assuming they are mixing polish in the back and diluting them. This is not only false advertising, but it compromises the quality of the polish. I realize this is a cheap nail salon located in the mall, however I was expecting much more from Elite. 1 star. Will not return. read more

So disappointed. I waited out 1 1/2 years of Covid and finally got shellac nails 10 days ago. I suspect my manicurist was very inexperienced and the nails looked amateurish. Had to go back the next day cause one was peeling off. Today, they all peeled off (except the one that was repaired). The nails are perfectly smooth, no adhesive is visible. read more

Worst pedicure ever. My feet came out looking worse than when I went in. The gentleman doing the pedicure watched TV most of the time he was doing it. I definitely will not go back to Elite nails. Please find a place with higher service standards! Your wallet and feet will thank you! read more

Don't go here!! Ruined my nails, forgot about me after my pedicure so waited 40 minutes for pink and white. He (owner) tried to do umbre, messed it up, had to soak my hands for 40 minutes to get that off. He then did straight pink and and there are pockets of white showing through. My nails look like a a beauty school drop out did them!!!! And he kept asking if I was married or dating someone. Never again!! read more

Been here 3 times and everytime I am unhappy with my nails. First time they were ridiculously thick, second time the polish was not smooth and my nails were crooked not to mention she answered her cell phone while doing my nails and last time I went she didn't remove all the old nail polish and left my fingers covered in nail polish and acrylic! I will not he returning! And honestly mad that I even went back the second time! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. The guy that works there is horrible, he did not use the color I wanted, my heels look like crap from a so called callus remover. And the attitude was un real. I will never come back. read more

If I can put zero star I would, this place is by far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Even if it's a mall salon, there should have been a certain standard. They're not clean even after they've cut your cuticle, there's no noted autoclave. They can't copy a picture even after they say they can do it, and they have the lousiest customer service! I was rushed because they were closing, the shellac manicure didn't come with a massage and when I asked he said "o can do it but we're about to close." Do not come here if you expect some pampering. read more

Wasn't too impressed. The girl did an ok job, but when she went to trim my cuticles, I could see there were already other bits of cuticle in the tool.. Ew! Afterwards they didn't clean up the sides of my nails, so I had polish on my skin. The color was very pretty, but despite drying adequately afterwards, I noticed dents in my polish a few hours later, which tells me the product never hardened. Get a cheaper and better mani by leaving the mall. read more

I called and made an appointment for 2 people an hour before hand and when I got there I told them we have an appointment for 12 pm, they ignored us and asked us to sit down. I then waited an hour to get them done while my friend got them done. I ended up not even getting my nails done because I was too fed up. I will not be returning since I wasn't even able to get my nails done. They say walk ins are welcome, but appointments are not. read more

Typical mall nail salon. Mind boggling to me how the health dept doesn't watch these places closer. Not the cleanliest place I have been and the sanitation is sub-par. Was there to have my no-chip soaked off while in town for business and she had no patience to just allow the acetone to soak them off. She kept scraping to the point she was scraping my nail beds. The manicure after the soak off was so bad I had to go to shopko and buy remover and a bottle of polish to re-do them myself. I would not recommend this place. read more

Went for a fill. May daughter got a polish. The lady who had my daughter was nice and very patient. The guy I had was terrible. The grinding/sanding/buffing down hurt. He barely said 2 words to me, acted like he could care less if I was there. Then he did a horrible job on top of it all! And it cost way more than I expected. Somehow my fill with a design on 2 nails and my daughters polish turned into $50!! And God forbid I ask him why, because I couldn't understand his answer! I got it done 3-4 days ago and they look just horrible. The French tips you can see where my actual nail is, there is a spot that seems it didn't get the acrylic on it, and you can see where the last nail ended and where he 'filled'. Very disappointed!!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I got a full acrylic set done with shellac yesterday. Late last night I noticed that the polish on one of my nails had already chipped, and one of my other nails was bubbly. I went this morning to get my mails redone at another salon and not only did they say the shape of my nails was messed up, but the shellac hadn't even dried because it was gobbed on. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, and go somewhere else. read more

The young girl she's very good. Friendly, polite.. She did my nails. They're so pretty

Awful. They made me bleed pretty bad. And they got my blood in the nail polish and put it back on the self and didn't not throw it away. They also did not clean the tools after me. It was gross. I do not recommend at all. They were super rude and expensive for their quality of work they did. read more

Worst service I have ever received and I am still waiting to get my nails done. I made an appointment for 11am. It is now 11:45 and still no where close to getting my nails done. They don't even open until 11, so there is really no excuse for being behind other than poor planning. read more

Very very disappointing. I was in a hurry and TOLD them that before I committed to staying. I said I would come back if I didn't have enough time and they insisted my nails would be done in time. The workers got in a huge fight (a cop had to come), the worker that filed my nails was not gentle or welcoming at all, and my nails turned out bad. Not to mention, they took 20 minutes longer than promised!! I was almost late to work, and I didn't even stay for the second drying time so my nail chipped. Worst part was that I was not offered a discount... Never going back there. read more

Bad experience, all around. My daughter wanted to get her nails done with me. They took her first and didn't make any effort to let me sit near her or even have her in my line of sight. They took 2 other women before me. When it was finally my turn, a woman sat me in the chair and walked to the back. She returned with her phone and started texting. After a couple of minutes, she looked up, apologized, and went right back to texting. The experience didn't get any better as I awkwardly tried to make conversation when I was getting my manicure but got nothing but short, clipped responses. My daughter showed me her nails after they were dry, and they had a big, lumpy, blotchy flower as a design. Seriously, I could've done it with a Q-tip. $42 (tip included) and an hour later we left with OK nails that began to chip 2 days later. At 4 days post-manicure, I had to take it off. I don't ever post negative reviews, but that was a lot of money for a pretty crappy experience. read more
