Went went for a pedicure. Got the middle priced one and it didn't even last a week the nails are chipped. The pig is off on three toes. Definitely will not go there again never had such bad reactions to a pedicure before. Usually they last a lot longer, definitely would not recommend this place to anybody. I love their professional advise on my nail health and if I should go with overlay, tips, acrylic or just do gel on my nails. You have to do gel!! I went home having to clean my own toe cuticles! I paid $100 for them! Was nice to even tip. I told the lady to shape my nails nicely and make them match and she giggled and some of my nails are longer and shorter than one another!!! I constantly said shape and cuticles. I will never go back. Not Sure if she is new but omg. Her name is Lia or Liah. Nice girl but horrible job. I regret tipping her but because she did use her time I have her $10 tip. My nails/ cuticles likes like crap. HORRIBLE. I'm debating about calling and letting the store know. I hope this is enough. I wanted also a milky polish and she said this color was as milky! I went to get a pedicure here with a friend. I showed the guy doing my pedicure a picture of the design i wanted and told him if it was too difficult that i would find something else. He didn't say anything and just continued to go find the nail polish. Needless to say, it looks like i gave nail polish to a 5 year old and let them color on my toes. And it looks no where close to the picture i showed him. He did not take his time to do the design at all. I have nail polish all around my nails on my skin and it looks horrible. Extremely disappointed in the service levels at Elite. What was supposed to be a luxurious treat turned into a miserable experience. While getting a manicure there tonight the nail technician tore my cuticle which was painful and bled profusely. No discount or apology was offered. I am worried about an infection. I noticed after the fact that they do not have autoclaves or proper sanitation equipment. Lastly, the polish I requested for my pedicure was too 'oily'. I'm assuming they are mixing polish in the back and diluting them. This is not only false advertising, but it compromises the quality of the polish. I realize this is a cheap nail salon located in the mall, however I was expecting much more from Elite. 1 star. Will not return. read more

So disappointed. I waited out 1 1/2 years of Covid and finally got shellac nails 10 days ago. I suspect my manicurist was very inexperienced and the nails looked amateurish. Had to go back the next day cause one was peeling off. Today, they all peeled off (except the one that was repaired). The nails are perfectly smooth, no adhesive is visible. read more

They're not clean even after they've cut your cuticle, there's no noted autoclave. They can't copy a picture even after they say they can do it, and they have the lousiest customer service! I was rushed because they were closing, the shellac manicure didn't come with a massage and when I asked he said "o can do it but we're about to close." Afterwards they didn't clean up the sides of my nails, so I had polish on my skin. The color was very pretty, but despite drying adequately afterwards, I noticed dents in my polish a few hours later, which tells me the product never hardened. Typical mall nail salon. Mind boggling to me how the health dept doesn't watch these places closer. Not the cleanliest place I have been and the sanitation is sub-par. Was there to have my no-chip soaked off while in town for business and she had no patience to just allow the acetone to soak them off. She kept scraping to the point she was scraping my nail beds. Went for a fill. May daughter got a polish. The lady who had my daughter was nice and very patient. The guy I had was terrible. The grinding/sanding/buffing down hurt. He barely said 2 words to me, acted like he could care less if I was there. Then he did a horrible job on top of it all! And it cost way more than I expected. Somehow my fill with a design on 2 nails and my daughters polish turned into $50!! And God forbid I ask him why, because I couldn't understand his answer! DO NOT GO HERE! I got a full acrylic set done with shellac yesterday. Late last night I noticed that the polish on one of my nails had already chipped, and one of my other nails was bubbly. I went this morning to get my mails redone at another salon and not only did they say the shape of my nails was messed up, but the shellac hadn't even dried because it was gobbed on. Very very disappointing. I was in a hurry and TOLD them that before I committed to staying. I said I would come back if I didn't have enough time and they insisted my nails would be done in time. The workers got in a huge fight (a cop had to come), the worker that filed my nails was not gentle or welcoming at all, and my nails turned out bad. Bad experience, all around. My daughter wanted to get her nails done with me. They took her first and didn't make any effort to let me sit near her or even have her in my line of sight. They took 2 other women before me. When it was finally my turn, a woman sat me in the chair and walked to the back. She returned with her phone and started texting. After a couple of minutes, she looked up, apologized, and went right back to texting. The experience didn't get any better as I awkwardly tried to make conversation when I was getting my manicure but got nothing but short, clipped responses. My daughter showed me her nails after they were dry, and they had a big, lumpy, blotchy flower as a design. Seriously, I could've done it with a Q-tip. $42 (tip included) and an hour later we left with OK nails that began to chip 2 days later. At 4 days post-manicure, I had to take it off.
