I'd call this an average EB outlet - its a good sized store and the selection and deals will be hit or miss depending on the season. We tend to stop as EB often has 36 inseam pants for the long legged Mister but alas, the only ones in the store were in festive "dad jean" styles. The deals on winter items like coats seemed very good and the store is clean, organized & staffed by friendly people. read more

I love this store but several employees were extremely rude and pushy. One woman literally followed me around the store, just keeping a close enough distance. I heard her say to another employee, "just make sure to watch closely" while looking in my direction. Not once did she ask if I needed help or if I was looking for something specific. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. (Mind you I had NOTHING in my hands or even a large jacket on which might indicate I was going to shoplift something..which shouldn't even matter in winter in Wisconsin) While I was checking out she literally stood over my shoulder. The gentleman checking me out appeared annoyed that I was debating between sizes for a gift I was purchasing and seemed more interested on getting my information for their "mailing list" instead of helping with the purchase. I love Eddie Bauer but I'll go to another location from now on. read more

Our timing today was accidentally perfect to visit the store....everything 40-70% off. Thomas was an exceptional sales associate. Filled us in on the sale and also advised they can ship anywhere for $6.99. We were visiting from out of state and flying with carryons only so knowing this allowed us to shop more :-). When it came time for checkout he spotted us from the floor and came up to handle the transaction. He also called up another associate to take the next people in line; told us he'd personally pack and ship our stuff; and shook our hands as we left. Simply exceptional service and bargains today! read more

The bras are kind of hit or miss. Some I love and wear often, others are cute but have these little side sticks built in the part under your armpit and kind of hurt. I find I am adjusting it or tucking my shirt under it for comfort. The staff there is great. My daughter has struggled with the right bra for was taken care of and they even let her try them on with a tank over it so they could respect her modesty. She was not comfortable standing in front of the worker with just a bra. I thought that was a nice touch. Look for sales and the clearance rack and you will be lookin cute.

I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. Highly highly recommend to anyone needing quality and professional clothing coupled with excellent customer service that is personable.

Obviously your feelings will vary depending on what you're looking for. If your grandma collected it, you'll find it here in enormous quantities. Precious Moments, knickknacks, collector plates, SO MANY toys etc. Prices are set by the dealer so some things are reasonable and some are not. Put yourself in the mindset of visiting a rummage sale the size of an airplane hangar and you'll be spot on. Staff wasn't especially pleasant.
