I have heard my friends originally from the midwest talking about the greatness of Menards…read more However, I really believe they undersold the greatness of this store. I have been to 4 different locations in the area, and every one of them have professional employees who care about taking care of customers. I have done pick up orders, orders by mail, as well as shopping in store. Each time the products are professionally packaged. It's nice to see employees taking the time to do their job correctly. It's a nice change. I even saw the TikTok interview on Subway Takes with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. His pitch with the 11% rebate was evidence to me that he's a real educator as we educators are the only ones who do rebates. So, yes, I have sent in 3 bundles so far. Keep up the GREAT JOB!!!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at the Oshkosh Menards this week. I rented the Menards…read moretruck, as I have before to pick up an order. When I went to open the tailgate, the handle broke off in my hands. I was told tough, I'd have to pay for the damages. I did not dent/scratch/hit anything, just using the truck as a normal person would. The assistant general manager Joan has been incredibly unwilling to work with me in any way on this. They also as of now haven't even provided me a receipt showing the charges of the damages, just stating "your deposit will cover it" I have been shopping there for years but no more, Lowe's is right down the street

This store is PACKED with fun craft and decorating stuff and I love coming to this store!! It's…read moregot to be one of the funnest stores on earth. :) But I bought two tubes of glue on one visit and the glue in one of them was thick/defective. I live in FDL and didn't want to drive all the way to the store to return the glue, so I called the Manager to see what could be done. He was very, very accommodating, friendly and understanding, and said I could return the glue anytime I was in Oshkosh when it was convenient for me without worrying about when that would be. He gave me his name and told me to use it if there was any problem. FINALLY, a company who cares about its customers!!! That seems so rare these days. I love everything about Hobby Lobby and I'm so happy they recently opened a brand new store in Fond du Lac. In my experience, this is a really great company with really fun products that they stand behind. Thanks Hobby Lobby!

I have political differences with Hobby Lobby, so despite its convenient location to my house, I…read morewould normally never shop here. However, I was stressed out and did not want to drive to Appleton just to buy a coloring book and some pencils (see: stressed out), so I ventured in. The store is HUGE, and has an ugly warehouse feel. They have every kind of craft item you can imagine (and some you can't), as well as a hefty dose of kitschy home decor stuff. The aisles didn't have signs that I could find, so I had to peer down each one to figure out if I was in the right neighborhood. I did find what I was looking for, though I was alarmed to see children playing with merchandise in the next aisle and eventually heard their parents prompting them to "clean up." I didn't realize this was a toy store... The kicker was that, as I approached the register, a cashier was asking her manager if she could leave, despite the fact that she was open and I was standing there with two items. She chuckled to me not to take it personally, haha, etc., but it kind of turned me off. The card reader also didn't work right, and I eventually had to slide my card the opposite way the arrows indicated. So I wouldn't usually come here, and my experience did nothing to change that. So long, Hobby Lobby.
